Terrible app
It’s slow. God for bid you down load new version of IOS 23 from new iPhone 16, it won’t work at all. You’d think Abbey would update their IT dept . and help their members!

The one buttons to reset your password is right next to the stupid box to type in my info I get locked out of my abbey every other day and it wouldn’t be bad if they would just have an extra box to confirm you wanna reset info but no it just locked you out and now I gotta call abbey every other day
Can we stop erasing the data on updates?
The app functions ok but the biggest aggravation is everytime this app updates it loses your app settings turns off biometrics and you have to look up yet another name and password why is it my credit card app and other banking apps don’t do this but abbey can’t seem to fix this issue? Please have your tech support look into this issue

Works but outdated
It works but the whole app is incredibly outdated and could be organized better.
Keeps crashing
This app has been pretty awful the last month or two. It constantly says login failed just because I’m not on wifi. It should login in no matter what. The app crashes 90% of the time. I needed access to my money this evening and I couldn’t get it because the app wouldn’t open nor log me in.
This app is horrible!!
Keeps signing me out and changing my app settings! Please fix this! Might as well not have face id or instant balance, doesn’t work most of the time anyway. Terrible, awful, awful, terrible. Cmon people, fix this PLEASE?!?! Other banking apps are way better than this!

I have used this app for a while now and I like the thought, but there is so many problems with it that it makes it hard to use.
I updated to the latest IOS (15) and now every time I try to transfer money I get to the screen where you type in the amount and it just shows me a blank screen and the only thing I can do is exit the app.
The Face ID button will only show up if I end task on the app and then relaunch it again a second time.
When I tap any menu item there is a really long pause before it does anything, but if I get impatient and tap again I get a blank screen and have to restart the app.
Also little things like if I go to summary and pick the transfer button on a certain account I still have to pick from and to accounts as if the button was not really for that certain account.
Please fix your app.

Face ID doesn’t work at all
Worked just fine on my iPhone 11 but once I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max the Face ID symbol just disappears and the screen doesn’t change until I enter my password manually. Be great if they would fix it
Fingerprint sign on is spotty at best
Generally good but I’m unable to sign on using my fingerprint. Sometimes works...sometimes not. Mostly NOT!
November 2020 Update
Abbey Credit Union updated their app in November 2020 to Version 5 and in my opinion it’s just a little bit more clunky compared to the previous version, particularly when looking at your checking/savings account summary.
The quick access buttons at the bottom of the screen have been removed, and a drop-down menu has been introduced similar to what you would see accessing your account on the AbbeyCU.com website.
A couple positives with this new format is the “at a glance” page to view your checking account can show more information about where your Debit, Credit, and ACH transactions are coming from. In addition, it appears a Stop Payment option has been added through the app, which I do not recall with the previous version of the app. Account Preferences has been cleaned up making it easier to change your Username and/or Password without having to access your account through your standard web browser.
I was really looking forward to seeing the option to transfer funds from one Abbey Credit Union account to another Abbey Credit Union account, but it does not appear that is available in this latest app update. We will continue to use the Cash App and Venmo to move money between family members.
You can still make payments to your Abbey Credit Union VISA through the app, and that’s a must for anyone who has the card through them.
Overall, I’ll rate this application at 4 Stars since it performs almost all the functions you would expect from a Credit Union App, but the clunkyness of the “at a glance” for your Checking/Savings accounts keeps it from getting 5 Stars.

Sub-par app
This is a sub-par app compared to most other financial apps I've used. Very clunky format and is not very eye appealing. I still don't understand why I am not able to do a mobile deposit of a check. The technology has been around for years now.
