Annoying
Really badly made app. It’s impossible to know if your race time that you have logged has been submitted successfully to the competition. Even after paying $45 to enter.
Unsure if I can trust it yet
It’s connected with Apple Health but somehow needs another running app to power it. Unclear why this won’t function with the Apple native apps.
Customer service/app improvement
Customer service is phenomenal when asking for tech support and challenges. Does help keep your fitness level on track. Definitely could use improvement with logging in and becoming more accessible to those with visual impairments.
Can’t log in
Not sure what’s supposed to happen, but tapping the “join now” button just gives you a blank page, then nothing happens
