No contract/feedback options?
Why can’t I rate my delivery? Or issue a complaint when they miss their delivery time? Or update my tip BASED on the quality of delivery?? I have to assume how happy I’ll be with service and when disappointed I have no recourse!? If you want to offer delivery, provide customer options to stand by it!!!!! Disappointed!

Is this thing on?
I can not log onto the app. I can get into my acct find on my laptop but can't at all with the app. I un installed & reinstalled & that didn't work either. Help!
Clunky app, no customer service and missing rewards
I will update this review if I get help from ABC. It seems they are trying to be like Total Wine and missing the mark. The app is clunky. The customer service is non-responsive. I cannot get my rewards to marry up to the app. Until they get this straightened out, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. No need to accrue unusable rewards….

New update crashes
Please fix. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t fix it.

App keeps crashing after filtering my shopping selection. Been like this a few weeks now. Uninstalled and reinstalled, didn’t help. Too many bugs lately.

I have tried on numerous occasion to shop via app but can’t get the location to pick up a searched zip code. No matter what zip code I enter it returns Florida locations only but I’m in PA. I find I only use the website but I am not able to create a wishlist without logging in which I have been unable to create an account.

Order cancelled after waiting over a hour for delivery
As the title suggests, I placed an order and it was confirmed and over a hour later I received a confirmation that it was being delivered and it is cancelled. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I won’t let it happen again.

Don’t Use This App!!
I purchased wine thru this app & picked it up today @local ABC store. There was a $2.99 “shipping charge” added to my bill. They said this additional charge was made because I used this app instead if their website!
Continually Crashing
Endless bugs with his app. The app has crashed 5 times with in three minutes of use.
Where are my ABC coupons?
I’m at your store in Port Charlotte several times a month buying Hendricks and some vodkas and yet…no coupons. I always enter my phone number and I get zip. So much for being a loyal ABC customer.
Can’t rly on it
App used to work. Updates have ruined it . Searched for specific beer and says sorry. Look under all beer and there it is ??? Very frustrating!!!
