5 Stars if it worked all the time
When the app works, it is really good. But it rarely works. I'm constantly deleting and then redownloading the app to get it to work correctly. The routes change from what they are before and then leave some out. Very frustrating. I make a few k every month serving. I get paid $50+ a serve and I already drive a lot for my full time job so it's nice. I don't know where these other people live, saying they get minimal.

Horrible
Constantly has loading issues, location error, and problems logging attempts. Route also keeps reverting to an old route making it impossible to stay on track in the field.
Don’t waste your time
$28.00 for 1 serve or 3 attempts is not worth your time considering gas prices are outrageous. They make a lot of money and want to pay nothing!!!!!!!!! And printing 30 or more pages at a time and they think a measly 8 cents is good!

This app is clearly developed by someone who has never served process a day in their lives, app is slow and promotes practices that can put you in harms way if you have no experience and foresight.
Funny price payments
The money goes to ABC Legal, but the fuel and labor are yours. I completed all the steps in the app, but the jobs on the map are absolutely not worth the effort. Because they take the biggest share of the pie, they only give you a sniff. The normal and official payment for this job is $250 per case, but they give you 7 jobs and only pay you $100. I definitely do not recommend it 🤣

The App Sucks
The app itself is completely trash. Most days it takes over a minute to load each screen, some days it wont login for 20 minutes. The platform as a process server is great and there is plenty of work in my area. The app makes it really hard though.! They need to invest in a complete revamp to make the software run smoother !

Very slow load time
App take super long to load I understand a lot of people are on the app but the money they get vs what they pay ppl they should have enough to fix that problem time is very critical but it likes to take its time it’s very hard to do your job when your waiting for something to load.

This app is up and down. When it works, it’s good, problem is, it doesn’t work A LOT of the time. We get emails saying they are trying to fix it, but nothing changes. I really enjoy working with this company and serving, but the app is beyond frustrating.

They pay u little to none for printing and tell u to notarize doc and go to post office to post document to their office in settle WA for a job not worth the time and stress when such signed motorized doc can be uploaded and scanned to them
App doesn’t work majority of the time
I’ve had the app for about a month now and about 90% of the time any job you click on says you’re unable to claim or the area isn’t available anymore. I honestly think it’s a scam.

Treats Servers like Garbage
ABC does not pay more than $30 for a document, they ask you to serve and you should do 4 attempts. However, they will keep pushing you to make more than 4 attempts for $25. ABC is for someone who wants to make extra $60 a day running arounds and wasting time. There are other companies that pay at $70 per document.

Don’t work for ABC legal
After working with ABC Legal approximately a year, I was unexpectedly terminated without cause or prior warning — despite a consistent record of professionalism, commitment, and good performance.
This experience was extremely disappointing and showed me how important it is for independent contractors to carefully review agreements and understand how some companies operate.
I strongly encourage others to be cautious before engaging with organizations that do not value transparency, communication, or fairness in their relationships with contractors.
I’m sharing this experience not out of anger, but to help others protect themselves and make informed decisions.

Low pay
You have to make 7 attempts on one job while expectation is 3 deligent attempts , you don’t get paid for the extra attempts, I tried working full time for weeks and I ended up making less than what I make doing Uber

This application does not keep GPS locations well at all. It refreshes at odd times after you’ve left a location and does not retain data so it must be entered again, sometimes multiple times. The support is not immediate and sometimes takes days to get a response for help. If the application fails, you are blamed for information that the application couldn’t retain for you.
Help is a keyword here, if you’re stuck, don’t expect anything immediate or a real person from the “support” team . Usually help comes in the form of an email only on days when support is open. They give themselves 48 hours to respond, which can put you out of work for multiple days at a time. If you’re lucky enough to get a chat with the live chat, you’re basically told every time to go back and due diligence even though you’ve been to an address multiple times.
You do not know when your last day will be at this company. It comes without warning, even if you’re doing a good job, be leery of being a contractor. I had one person at this company that was amazing and helpful to me, but their hands were tied in what they could help me with, and they were frustrated as well.

App generally works. Does not show the same available jobs for every server. App glitches a lot. Will not let you choose your own gps app. Got notification that print jobs from app feature was up and running and it is not. Still have to print from desktop website. It gets the job done but there’s a lot of room for improvement
