Слишком сырое приложение

Мое фио оказалось с ошибкой, исправить невозможно. Тел. Или чата с поддержкой в приложении нет. Меня как клиента приложение не идентифицировало, из-за этого не вижу записи, не вижу анализов и страховой полис. Приложение бесполезное, ничего нет - ни старой информации, ни новой по будущим записям

Жалеют денег на доработку

Отвратительная работа приложения. Постоянно вылетает из профиля, сервер временно не доступен и прочее. Главная страница всегда долго подгружается, почему нельзя потратиться и доработать все? И чтобы ночью приложение работало тоже, что за бред вообще?
