Can’t get back into app

Am stuck in a doom loop after being kicked of the app where it doesn’t recognise my password and password reset isn’t sending a link to my email. Have raised it with the office over a week ago but no further news. Been using Abetta for many years but now forced to use other services. Madness.

Hopeless if you want to schedule a return

Trying to schedule a pick up from Heathrow to come home next week. Pick up defaults to my home address. Can’t change it.
