Can’t get a cab with it!
I installed this as recommended by a driver three months ago as their cab office use it. Problem is, I think it’s worked once in 5 attempts and even that took 5-10 mins to get a confirmation!
As such it’s kind of pointless and quicker to call a local cab office, or as most people prefer in the modern world, use an app that works (well known rival platforms that don’t supposedly cover the areas we need taxis actually work better than this app that is meant to!)

Unprofessional service, felt unsafe with the driver, not sure if the company has taken any action
The driver was downright rude and threatening. Very unprofessional, the HQ does not seem to be able to help or willing to investigate, let alone apologise. Very poor experience.
