Can’t get back into app
Am stuck in a doom loop after being kicked of the app where it doesn’t recognise my password and password reset isn’t sending a link to my email. Have raised it with the office over a week ago but no further news. Been using Abetta for many years but now forced to use other services. Madness.
Hopeless if you want to schedule a return
Trying to schedule a pick up from Heathrow to come home next week. Pick up defaults to my home address. Can’t change it.

Superb service
Used Abetta several times for airport drop offs and collections now. Stressful journeys but Abetta help to make it easier - always on time and drivers friendly. Happy to help with cases etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great service for airport shuttle transport provided
I had searched around for a large van for airport shuttle service and couldn’t find anything. Addison Lee’s service has been really really bad for recent years. UBER doesn’t provide booking-in-advance for XL cars. Albetta dropped a leaflet through my letter box so I gave them a try as I have no option. And Albetta offered amazing service! I have booked two days before my trip and on the day they sent a large and high quality Benz van precisely on time. Excellent service! Thank you!
