Definitely the WORST app I ever used!
No way to submit claim
I can’t find a way to submit a claim via the app. I should be able to submit a claim by sending a photo of a receipt in this day and age.
Poor UX
Please have some stronger UX engineers test this application. The iPhone version is terribly difficult to navigate. I’d be happy to discuss the challenges with an engineer.
Accounts
The app isn’t great. Can’t seem to add a bank account. And can’t seem to fine if I have bank account already added. Entering Verification code the key boards jumps and doesn’t stay on numbers.
Disappointed in 2025
It’s 2025. Why does transaction history have to re-build every time I look at a transaction then back out of that transaction. We need to be able to use this application to review what was paid and when to compare to other records and understand our needs for next year. Mostly to make sure we’ve dealt with our medical bill responsibilities. You offer this service and my company pays you for that but you have made transaction review seriously painful- unless I only want to review a single transaction.

Waste of time and money
Denied an expense then approved it…..it has been over 60 days for reimbursement. Had to use credit card for expense and have been charged interest.
Amazing Benefit
Grateful my company offers FSA. ABG makes using my pretax $$ for any type of medical expense simple and seamless.
Broken Application - avoid at all costs
Applications 2FA doesn’t actually send through a code, so you are stuck in a perpetual cycle of not being able to get into your account with an in-effect support team who doesn’t respond to email complaints. If your looking at this company for your benefits provider, go elsewhere.
Poor performance
It tells me to add direct deposit info. I do and I get an error. It won’t tell me why the error. I know that was the correct bank number. So I can’t submit to info. I called and someone said they issue check no bank deposits. Why is the app asking me for banking info.

ABG WealthCare app
What happened? App is ridiculously slow and error messages left and right. Tells me I have no account activity and twice no account. Couldn’t even attempt to submit claims.
The app always has trouble connecting
The app is slow and I get errors connecting all the time. It’s frustrating
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me add my RX, requested more cards and were suppose to receive a week ago. Still haven’t seen them. I got notices that they were coming. Tried to call customer service and waited for 30 mi it’s on hold. Finally disconnected bc I had to go somewhere.
ABG App
The app is ridiculously slow. Doesn’t matter if I’m using WiFi or mobile data it takes far to long to submit an EOB. It used to be quick and easy.
Features not working
Poorly written app with plenty of bugs. Added a bank account to fund and it doesn’t show up when trying to setup a contribution. Also very inconsistent functionality between the website version and the app.
Can’t log in
The login button stays gray, the same credentials work in the browser but in this app nothing nada 👎🏻
Just for balances
Least helpful app. Can’t submit claims. And when you need help they don’t respond to their emails.
Not good
The app did not let me create an account. I had to log in on my computer. Then it randomly won’t open, and my connection is fine. Frustrating to use.
Are you kidding. The print on the screen is so small you can’t see it unless you use a magnifying glass. Fix it.
Need reimbursement in the middle of a pandemic? Oh well
They don’t care about anyone. They don’t care about the fact that, in the middle of a pandemic, required tooth care should be reimbursed.

They make it nearly impossible for you to file a new claim to get reimbursed.
