back then i bought premium because i used it a lot, but now the free version doesn’t support stl export, just usdz which is a nightmare to convert. back then the free version was usable, now it’s straight up bait. disgusting is an understatement. came back to it after a while, the automatic masking is a joke as well. the thing i scanned was completely unusable and the whole room was included.

Incredible utility
As other reviews indicate, the app has its sweet spot -- and for my purposes it's a great tool for documenting spaces and the things in them. It took a month or so for the new iPhone 17 Pro to be supported but it's working again, thank you!

Die App startet einen Scan auf iPhone 17 Pro mit iOS 26.2 mit der Tele-Kamera und lässt sich nicht umschalten. Absolut unbrauchbar.
Free trial for the yearly subscription then its not really free
Even tho it said free trial, it took the money and now im subscribed for a year.

サインアップしようとすると”既にアカウントがあります“と出てくるくせに、サインインしようとすると“アカウントが確認できません”になってログインできない。
おまけにサイトはブラウザで開くとずっとエラーで表示されない。

機種変するたびに毎回対応が遅く使えない期間が発生しています。

Does not even work on my iPad
Amazing 80% of the time
Edit: downgrading previous review, app not yet updated for iPhone Pro 17. Cannot scan.
I haven't found anything else as good as this app, and the ease of use and speed of scanning for environments and objects is superb. Unfortunately about 1/5 of the time I cannot process a mesh (app will crash after 7% of "building mesh"), but if that ever gets fixed this would be in my all time top 10 iPhone killer apps

Update deleted all my scans
The latest update erased all my previous scans. I used to use this app a lot and really need to reference one of my previous scans. Now they are all gone?

Image processing repeatedly fails
I’ve repeatedly uploaded my substantial project, and the app repeatedly tries to process it, but then eventually gives me the notification that it failed. However, it does not give me any reason why it failed and therefore I do not know how to troubleshoot. This is very unfortunate because I was depending on this scan.

Didn’t work
I opened the app to try and scan my first item, gave all the permissions as required including access to my camera. When I went to scan my first item the screen remained black and the camera function inactive.

Não abre os scanns no app
Não está mais abrindo meus scans pelo app, só na versão web. No app fica o símbolo de carregando indefinidamente. Tenho a versão paga. Quando tento usar o LIDAR o app dá crash.
