Anyone else having this problem - or did everyone just give up on this place since they closed so many stores?

Impossible to find an email address for the company to manually delete my account – and even clicking “App Support” in the Apple Store leads nowhere!

Can't order on app
The app does not accept apple pay and crashes when I try to enter credit card information. There is no way to place an order through the app. I have 50% off rewards that I cannot use because they refuse to apply them when ordering in person even though the app doesn't work.

Apple Pay doesn’t work and the app crashes when I try to add a credit card. And there is no way to directly contact the app creator / manager for support. Garbage.

I love this place and the app is really nice but PLEASE ADD THE OPTION TO ADD SYRUPS INTO THE TARO LATTE 😭😭🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 i always like adding simple syrup but the app doesn’t let me, just on the taro latte for some reason

Amazing coffee. Only complaint is a lack of a favorite store. I accidentally ordered to Grand Central instead of my usual place because I was on the train and just happened to be at Grand Central station.

They keep giving free coffee with the app promotions that don’t work, they just want people to download their app which is not a decent thing to do.
Add the option to add coffee shots to the matcha latte

I tried to download the app but it just doesn’t even load when I open it. I closed it, opened it again, closed it, opened it, etc. I even deleted and redownload…nothing

They have a super cool iced cup, looks really nitty and beautiful, I can even put it in my backpack. And the in store environment is great, baristas are very cute and energetic, so much fun to visit there. This app is also graceful, and easy to use.I just don’t know where they come out, love it !
