Eval / suggesting a feature

It’s a great product but off and on it’s not working. If you’re in the hospital, can we use it without Internet connection?

Update issues and lacks basic features.

Lacking in features and often fails. Crazy that it’s a zero-shot note with no ability to provide note feedback other than manually editing it. You should be able to suggest rewrites and give a short blurb about what to fix.

It writes notes like a lay person and is overly concrete. And since you can’t provide any meaningful custom guidance other than their basic customization— it won’t improve. ChatGPT when given a fake transcript does far better. So whatever moderation they’re adding really ruins the end product.

And worst of all it has failed to record multiple times since the last update getting stuck at 0 seconds and not capturing any of the conversation.

Their design and branding is aesthetically pleasing, but otherwise not sure why it’s the front runner for scribe apps. Their sales team deserves raises I guess.

Recent updates make mobile app less reliable

Previously, it was more reliable whenever you press the record button and start recording. after the updates; if you press record button and you assume its started recording but acutely it’s not recording. it stuck at no recording zone and unless you confirm you have to press the mic button two or three times! To start recording! I have missed many encounters due to this issue.

Half baked

This is very preliminary software. It leaves out very important parts of my history. Also makes incredibly long notes that are really hard to read. Following up after patients see other doctors who use Abridge takes me so long since their notes are now total garbage. Also does not integrate smoothly with Epic, does not incorporate my dot phrases or templates.

Did work great until recent update

I have found a bridge to be a valuable tool to improve my speed during clinic visits and during the clinic workday. It has also been very helpful to decrease time it takes for no completion. Unfortunately, the most recent update that occurred within the last week has now made it Difficult to integrate on my iPhone. I am left to just using my desktop now, which is unfortunate. Hopefully others aren’t similarly affected.

Buggy sign on

Had difficulty signing into the app and the notes weren’t great

Jan

Not the greatest support and so many glitches notes don’t get updated uploaded if you see 20 patients three or four patients notes don’t get uploaded

Amazing!!

So thankful to have this to empower clinicians to work more efficiently, get rid of note burden, and create a very accurate and precise note. I will never use a typewriter again!

Easy but inaccurate

Easy interface compared to other software. I like that there is a phone and web interface. Not great for AI generated notes if accuracy is important— will drop key findings and at times invert statements distorting their meaning. The verbatim dictation is “ok” though not much different from other dictation tools and doesn’t filter filler words or pauses well. May fit well in a setting where precise statements are not important in notes.

Makes writing notes unpainful

Easy to use, improves itself and makes me more willing to add on patients who need care

The future of clinical documentation

Abridge is truly building the future with this app and the notes editor. Hours saved in documentation every day. And, they work closely with doctors and clinicians. Feedback always gets a speedy response. I hope more health systems pick this up.

Wow!

Being a family doc is fun again! Absolutely amazing product!

10/10

Nothing like it in terms of quality and completeness

Huge leap forward for clinicians

I’ve been using Abridge for several years. I love that it has cut my documentation from hours to seconds! It also allows me to be more present when I’m with patients. App and interface is easy to navigate and use. I’ve tried other generative AI ambient documentation solution, but I keep circling back to Abridge. It
Does a great job of summarizing the visit into a concise clinically relavent SOAP note.
