Worst App Ever
You think if you had a 1.5 rating you would change things. Constantly locks me out. Downloading documents is hard and only accepts certain docs. They have no call line for support. If this was a business they would have closed it long ago. Come on! Some of us have serious life threatening Cancer and you are making it impossible. Bringing more stress to an unthinkable situation.

Date
Had this app for a yr. So far it’s been great! Add of late, when adding the date, it’s blank. U can still roll the dates and feel the clicks. Can it get fixed please?
TERRIBLE
I was unable to log in. Always says that my user name or password are wrong. They are not! I went on a computer and I was fine! This app is a joke and TOTALLY USELESS!
No reason for it to exist
The app just launches the website via a browser meaning it’s not an app formatted for your phone, you have the same limitations as just using chrome or safari if anything it’d be slower because now your phone is loading two programs instead of one. This app serves as a functionality hotlink to the website, there is no reason for it’s existence.

Problems loading
I’ve had this app for a few years and it has not given me too many problems. But the last month or so, when I go to open the app, it stays in loading mode, and never loads. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least 5 times over the last 3-4 days and it’s still doing the same thing. Can someone please explain to me what’s going on? Is it time for an update? Is anyone aware of this problem or am I the only one having this issue? I have an iPhone 8Plus(not sure if that has anything to do with it, just thought I’d mention what kind of phone I have.)
