This app does not work on my iPhone after the update. It keeps telling me there is an update available and it has already been updated

I have had this app for over 2 years and never had any issue with it. Now it tells me update app but App Store doesn’t show an update available. I can’t get in to app at all please fix that.
App not working
The app keeps telling me to update and when I go to update it just keeps looping back to the App Store.
Absence Pro
Absence Pro is definitely absent from working ever. Called customer service at Mutual of Omaha Absence Pro. App has never worked. Logged onto the website a few times, then it never worked again. Would not allow me to reset password.
I asked customer service if they had anybody who specialized and using the app or the website for technical assistance. Just crickets and silence. Do not even bother. Just call. The rest is a waste of time.
