I’ve used a few different LMS apps before and this one is probably the easiest to navigate/cleanest UI. I’m not behind a screen often so this is great when I need to get my compliance trainings done without much fuss or having to go into the office and find a computer to sit behind.
New update with branding is awesome
The newest update changed the entire interface, which now makes it easier to use on the go and love that it uses my companies branding on the app now

This last update completely ruined the app experience. It takes forever to load now, and everything feels slow and unresponsive. What used to be quick and reliable is now frustrating to use. Please fix the performance issues ASAP because this version is not it.
Difficult user experience
A course I am in provided this platform as the ability to watch on mobile but it’s so bad I prefer to use the mobile browser. Navigation is very difficult to figure out, and videos can’t be watched / aka listened to without leaving the screen on. Definitely not mobile friendly. Seems like the app has been abandoned in terms of updates and usability.

Ok, but riddled with errors
Poor quality app build. Functionally, the app is average, and represents the same as the website view, which is okay - but technically, the app has so many issues. Mainly a ‘client error’ error message that just appears over and over.

Inaccurate
I have been assigned by my company to several courses that do not show up at all in the app version. This app is insanely glitchy and shows no signs of being updated.

video doesn't allow replay
Taking a course now for a few days, this platform (on my iPad Air 4 running latest OS) doesn't allow me to replay a segment of video.
Just a web view
This is just a web view. Even I chose remember link, it always asks me for the link and asks me to login every time. Better to use the browser then.
Horrible
I had to download this application to watch gun safety videos for my course. The lay out is lazy and hard to navigate. On every single video there’s a double audio playback loop. Even when you haven’t started the video , the audio will start so you have to either mute the video or just stop watching. Please fix this bug for your application .
