App Start nicht mehr
Ein teures Schloss mit Alarm Funktion und smarter Öffnung über die App auf dem Smartphone…jetzt nur noch als Briefbeschwerer zu gebrauchen!! Seit ein paar Wochen start die App nicht mehr und ein Update schein nicht in Sicht zu sein! Jetzt erwarte ich von Abus ein neues Schloss oder mein Geld zurück, das das Schloss für 289€ sich nicht mehr nutzen lässt ohne App!

Difficile de faire un système aussi dysfonctionnel
Cadenas qui ne veut pas s’ouvrir ou qui s’ouvre sans raison… Application qui ne trouve pas le cadenas, réinitialisation nécessaire quasi systématiquement…. Bref, deux ans que j’ai ce système et c’est vraiment, vraiment mal conçu pour rester poli…

Aucune des deux applications conseillées ne fonctionnent avec mon cadenas. Que ce soit Abus One ou Smartx c’est pareil….
Comment peut-on mettre sur le marché des outils aussi bidons ? Au vu des plaintes rédigées pour cette application, j’aurais du être plus méfiant.
200€ pour la poubelle et je ne me fais aucune illusion pour le service après vente, des escrocs !

Schlechte Erfahrung!
Das Bügelschloss ohne Schlüssel 🔑 mußte ich schon einmal aufflexen, die App wurde leider nicht gemeinsam mit dem Schloss 🔐 Upgrade.
Fazit: keine Updates ohne Schloss, sonst muß die Flex her!

Das erste Popup in der App ist, dass man die Abus One App laden soll. Wäre schön, wenn das direkt im Titel stünde und vielleicht sogar in den Screenshots.

Kernfunktion ist vorhanden aber UI würde ich nicht intuitiv nennen.
Fordert mich auf ein software update zu machen, dies schlägt aber fehl.

Depuis le changement d’application je ne peux pas transférer mes données et donc je ne peux plus me servir de mon cadenas de vélo ! Aucune réponse ni par mail, ni via le site !!!
Habe neues iPhone 14 Pro und App ist ohne Funktion
Auch nach dem letzten Update kann ich die App nicht öffnen, damit ist das Schloss schon wochenlang nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Bei dem Preis habe ich mir mehr von dem SmartX erhofft. Wann wird die Störung behoben?
Nicht zuverlässig
Seit dem Update muss ich jedes Mal die App öffnen um das Schloss zu entsperren. Das ist sehr schade, so ist das Schloss nur bedingt verwendbar.

My two star rating is for the app only. ABUS the company is great to deal with. I am using the ABUS Bordo 6500A SmartX folding lock, which is also very nice.
The automatic keyless entry using the app does not work well. Sometimes when I approach the lock, it continually connects and disconnects. I have to force quite the the app and manually unlock the lock in the app.
Other times I have to force quite the app so that I could connect to the lock.
A few times, I had a difficult time altogether connecting to and unlocking the lock.
On the very few times the lock worked as described, it was great.
I hope that ABUS is able to improve the app to work properly and consistently.
I am running a iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 16.3.1, which is currently the latest version, and the most updated firmware for the lock.
ABUS … if you need a beta tester for any software or firmware upgrades, I am willing to help.

Gets stuck on loading screen
I also experience the issue others have mentioned where the app will get stuck on the blue screen with the Abus logo, and must be force closed and reopened to unlock the lock. I also had to reinstall the app to get it to run (and pair the lock again) after restoring my phone from a backup.
Other than that, I have not had any problems with the functions of the app or the lock.

Gut, aber eine wichtige Funktion fehlt
Grundsätzlich gut zu bedienen, aber die Watch Integration wäre sehr wichtig für eine wirklich einfache Bedienung. Zum Beispiel zum Schwimmen nehme ich das Handy gar nicht mit, für den Fall muss man aktuell also noch einen Fob haben oder ein anderes Schloss einpacken. Bitte bald Apple Watch unterstützen!

Keyless eher Mangelhaft
Nachdem ich das Schloss gut einen Monat mit Fernbedienung aber auch App in Benutzung habe muss ich der Keylessfunktion ein Mangelhaft geben. Warum ? Lasst es mich kurz erklären. Die App ist geöffnet , läuft im Hintergrund und Bluetooth ist aktiv ! Es gibt drei Zustände. 1. Die App verbindet sich mit dem Schloss und sogleich wird die Verbindung wieder unterbrochen. Ein ständiges hin und her. Hat man den Ton der App an, dann bekommt man eine Macke und oftmals erkennt das Schloss die App nicht ! 2. Die App verbindet sich und beim aufwecken des Schlosses funktioniert alles einwandfrei. 3. Die App verbindet sich nicht , das Schloss piept beim aufwecken laut und man steht wie ein Depp vor dem Schloss und fischt sein Handy aus der Tasche und drückt auf „entriegeln“. Jeder kann sich denken was am häufigsten passiert. Man steht irgendwo, will bequem die Keyless nutzen aber es funktioniert einfach nicht. 250€ für eine Tolle Idee aber die Umsetzung ist unausgereift !! Mit dem Handsender funktioniert alles gut.
Bitte um eine umgehende Verbesserung der Keylessfunktion und einer Verbesserung der Verbindung zwischen App und Schloss.

Barcode fur Registrierung nicht mehr erkannnt
Nach restart vom Handy braucht man ein Barcode so das die App funktioniert. Leider obwohl ich den Barcode scanne wird es nicht erkannt. Supportanfrage von Abus werden ignoriert. Absolut unseriöser Unternehmen
Nach Update keine Verbindung mehr
Nach dem Update der App war keine Bluetooth-Verbindung zum Schloss mehr möglich. Erst nach einer Neu-Installation der App ließ sich das Schloss wieder öffnen.

Impossible de deverouiller mon vélo ds mon allée !!!!! Peut être parce que ça ne capte pas ??? Comment je récupère mon vélo ?????? Faire venir un technicien pour couper l antivol à la scie à métaux ???? 😡😡😡😡😡 inadmissible pour un antivol de ce prix !!!!!!

Bluetooth
Der USP des Schlosses ist eigentlich die keyless Funktion. Leider funktioniert diese absolut unzuverlässig, da die App immer wieder neu gestartet werden muss. Ggfs. liegt es an iOS, dass die App im Hintergrund geschlossen wird aber so ist die Funktion einfach nurzlos.
Keyless unbrauchbar da unzuverlässig
Keyless ist komplett unzuverlässig und somit nicht einsetzbar. In 8/10 Fällen erkennt das Schloss nicht dass das Handy direkt daneben steht. Extrem nervig und so nicht verlässlich einsetzbar wie gedacht.
