Terrible App
Like others mentioned the ac can’t connect to the WiFi. Requires WiFi to be at 2.5 ghz. Seriously, this is the most complicated app for appliances I have ever used. When trying to install and moving on to the next step, it blocks you for 20 seconds so you read every step for every model. Because every remote is different with different buttons. I have yet to find a way to get my ac to go into AP configuration mode.

The app is utterly useless. It would not connect to my device at all. Horrible to buy a new appliance and not have the functionality promised. I should get a partial refund for my purchase.

Год пользовался возможностью управления через Wi-Fi с умным домом Алиса и недавно кондиционер получил статус «Не в сети». Попытавшись разобраться, я удалил его из родного приложения и попытался добавить заново. Добавить увы не получилось, так как приложение отказывается подключать мой кондиционер к Wi-Fi. Сам модуль Wi-Fi исправен и отлично виден в домашней сети. Исправьте проблему!

A truly horrible app
I had to use Claude Opus 4.8 frontier AI model to troubleshoot and get me to a point where I could finally connect my AC using this app. It was incredibly convoluted and required me to create a second account because I couldn’t undo a step I didn’t realise I needed to complete a certain way. There are so many hoops you need to jump through. I am a fairly technical person so I understood it, but a layman would have no chance. This app is terrible!!!

На 30.05.2026 не работает в России город ростов-на-Дону, домашний интернет от компании Билайн. При настройке впн на роутере все заработало как раньше. Видимо РКН как обычно все подряд блокировал и это тоже заблокировал. Пожалуйста смените порт/хостинг; сделайте хоть что-нибудь

The app has been very slow since the last update. I can’t even use it anymore

App stopped connecting to internet and I cannot log in. Does not work at all. I tried with mobile data and wifi. App says no internet connection
