Gotten really unreliable
This app used to be simplistic, but functional. Now it’s only simplistic. You can switch off your heat fumo in the app, and the app will show it as off, but my Home Assistant will show it as on, and if I kill and restart AC Cloud, it will confirm that is was indeed left on. (Then you can generally successfully turn the heat pump off, so in fairness, it is still occasionally functional.). The calendar feature doesn’t seem to work, I have a calendar turning the pump on in the middle of the day, and off late afternoon, but the off-part doesn’t happen. It was never able to set the heat pump to the 8-10°C mode, so if you switched to something else, somebody had to put it back from the remote, not immensely helpful if you live 6-700 km away.

App functionality
This app is very inconsistent in regard to what patterns/settings actually work. It is lagging/not working
Servers must be broken
I wonder how this product is subscription free, I wish I purchased the local adapters because going through the Intesis cloud is a gamble. Some days it works perfectly, others, it doesn’t. Support blames my wifi - as a professional network engineer I beg to differ. Avoid if you are reading this. Spend the (2x) money on the local communication version and program it using Homebridge or HomeAssistant.

Always lose wi fi
I have had this remote system for over 2 years. If the electricity goes out, then it doesn’t reconnect to wifi. Quite frustrating when I have Tennants and can’t access property.
