keeps saying oops something went wrong
When i first signed in i thought it was unnecessary for a phone after i already gave my email address. After i got done signing in i came across my first issue it wouldn’t let me pick a zip code, after what felt like forever it finally let me pick. The i got a notification that popped up on my screen saying. “oops, something went wrong. Unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.” It wont let me pick either of the options provided like “okay” or “retry”. It won’t even load to the shopping screen, as soon as i click the app the notification pops up and it won’t let me click anything.

Love Academy but they have the worst app I have ever used
System Glitches
The system issues made my order to way longer then planned. I had to add items remove items save for later, then I got caught up in entering my credit card. Once I got past that I entered my promo code and then was told it had already been used.
Credit app declined
Enter my social wrong and downhill from there. No help at all instore or online. Disappointing. No call of apology either.

Siempre encuentro buenos precios y descuentos usando mi tarjeta de Academy, es fácil encontrar mis productos y ordenarlos ya sea que los envíen a casa, o algunas ocasiones recogerlos al día siguiente en la tienda. Para mí es una gran ventaja que me ahorra tiempo y dinero.
