Their FAQ section says they won’t turn you away for a preexisting condition and that you can use the service for medication refills. Nowhere in the FAQ does it say “acute only.” Yet, when I tried to see a doctor for my preexisting mental health condition to get my meds renewed, they told me that they won’t see me because it’s “not acute.” This was after I spoke with a therapist from this app who told me to reach out to a doctor through the app to get my meds renewed.

I used it once. The Dr was very helpful with advice. Didn’t need a prescription for what I called for. I was able to print his consultation report off immediately and send it to my primary care Dr.

I tried to ignore the reviews and used this service while being sick due to being afraid to go to doctors while Covid 19 is around and the “doctor” I spoke to was rude and didn’t prescribe or help me at all. He simply said we’ll drink liquids and have a great day. All the staff I spoke to was so unprofessional and not helpful as well as management. Do not use them, they just take your money!!! They are all false representives! I was suppose to get a phone call from higher corporate, and it never happened.

My visit was fast and the physician I spoke with was prompt and he addressed the medical needs for all three of my kids . Without us leaving our home . Will definitely use this service again for common needs . I do not believe this service can replace our primary care or pediatric physician, but it was very convenient for us. Especially with three sick kids.

The app blatantly doesn’t work, and everything is Covid.
Waste of money, and a waste of time. Even if you don’t have symptoms of Covid, you can’t get a sick note without a test for it. I had to call a 900 number to even access the service, because the app wouldn’t let me enter a pharmacy.
Worst service ever
The doctor hung up on me after sharing sensitive information with him! Very unprofessional! Also do not pay for any services with them, they can not give you any information about your visit with the doctor. So all of your personal information is up in the air for anyone apparently...

Don’t waste your time on this app. Literally spent 20 mins inputting info and then it doesn’t let you proceed after adding payment information. It’s spam.
