Terrible app!
This app constantly have a problem with syncing. It’s so annoying especially when you’re in work and you’re unable to see you calls!

Whoever thought it appropriate to introduce a 10-15 second wait to confirm signing in and out of visits, I hope you stub your toe little toe daily!

I started to use this app in August time 2025, it was working wonderfully up until the start of December 2025, it cleared all my visits and notes, I deleted it then reinstalled it and it has not changed a thing, the app is wonderful other than the syncing issue that happens.
Dark theme needed on the app
App is going smoothly but it’s better to add dark themes on the app for our eyesight, so we can use it easily in the night time! Please do it asap ⚠️

Outdated
A very outdated app, Access is no near to any other care apps who include everything in a single system. It’s very poor and useless. It’s time for Access to change,
Glitching!
The app has been working fine until the recent updates. The keypad gets in the way and the cursor seems stuck sometimes. Can we just have it the way it used to be? Using it now is becoming a pain!
NEEDS A DARK MODE
Been asking for what seems like years now for a DARK MODE option so that you can change the background screen to black so that the white background isn’t so blindingly bright when I’m visiting my clients at night.

This is not the best in fact it awful this new update has made it worse. Now you can not update what you need to write and if you save what’s written you can not write any more. The council I work for are rethinking to use a better app
Ok but could be better
This app would be so much better if there was a way relatives of the client could leave a comment to the carers , for example when they say she needs more bread buying we can reply saying there’s always some in the freezer ?

Update
Very slow and unresponsive since last update, Face ID works well but overall when completing task lists it’s very slow and non responsive when trying to go back to main tasks

App plays up and at times takes ages to resync
App could be better
It would be very useful to have a ‘ding’ noise say every 30 seconds to remind carers to log into their visits. Logging in to visits don’t always register either - I know for a fact that I have started visits but upon returning to the app it says visit not started, this has caused problems with my employers. This will be terrible for me once my pay is linked to this app as it doesn’t always register log-ins.

Sync inside and app not functioning well
I’m so frustrated using this app as it is not syncing my work and that of the client update and it is actually giving issues as regards sending information to the necessary team to view ,please I will advice this issue is sorted out as it has been going on for days now ..thanks you
No notifications
The app really needs to have notifications when schedules are added or a change is made. This should be automatic. Currently there is nothing to tell the end user when schedules are changed last minute
