Never works
Worst app ever. Never works on the first try. Always says it can’t validate and I need to call the bank.

I hate this app constantly asks to send a code to my phone and lately it hasn't been sending the code at all to the phone I have deleted and added the app many times and still doesn't work!

Crashes
Latest version crashes on my iPhone when initializing the app. Please fix.
Doesn’t work
The mobile app keeps telling me I have to update it to use it. There is no update in the App Store and it’s telling me the app is ready to be opened. Having to use online banking to access my account.
Not enough support with this app
It constantly needs updating to the point where any time I update my iPhone to the latest iOS firmware, the app crashes for weeks after. I’ll open the app and it’ll start to open, give a white screen and crash. I’ve contacted my bank to no prevail. With the limited amount of resources available thru accu on the weekends, the app has to be functioning properly. It makes me debate on banking elsewhere with the lack of support or options. Please try to do better and work to keep your customers needs first.

Simple and to the point. The app is very manageable. I wish I could use thumbprint to login and it would be neat to add deposits by using the app as well.
Can't login
Can't login even though I authenticate with my password and security questions. No problem on the website, but makes your app pointless and deleted from my phone.

This is a great app. Very user friendly with smooth transitions. Makes being a mobile member super simple.
