I hate ANB’s app!! It does a terrible job at keeping transactions updated. Especially over the weekends! Which results in an NSF fee!
Maybe ANB does it on purpose…
And, why does my fund transfer from one account to another within this same bank have a pending process? It should happen instantly!! It’s the same bank! Other banks are instant. I just can’t believe This app has a 4.8! It is a terrible app.

I couldn't even log I to my account, and now I can't pay bills. I getting evicted. Thanks a lot
this app is terrible
the app has a zelle feature and every single time I click on the zelle portion it re-directs me back to the home page. maybe one time out of 20 tries it will work and that’s being optimistic. what is the point of having an instant transfer feature on your app if it doesn’t work.
App sometimes just doesn’t load
I feel like I get extremely lucky when I open the app, login, and it actually works. Most of the time it will just stay on the loading page until I give up and try again hours later.
I have changed my username and password three times
I keep getting the phone call and text message that someone has logged into my account with a valid password. It’s not myself doing it and nobody else has access to my bank. It’s not a joint account or anything like that, I don’t know if it’s a system error or what the issue is, but I would really like it to be fixed. Otherwise I will be considering changing banks because I can’t really take on the extra stress of worrying about whether or not my money is safe in my bank, when I went to the customer support messenger, I was just told to change my username and password yet again, but there is no guarantee that if I change the username and password for a fourth time that it will not continue.
