I hate this app
I literally have no access to my account. It won’t read my face and even after I change my password, it STILL doesn’t let me into my account. I can’t check how much money I have in my account. This is ridiculous.

This app is horrible. Why even switch from the old one i had no problems with that one like i do this. every time i try to login i have to answer security questions. sometimes it doesn’t even let me login because “can’t login using face id please enter password” “can’t use password try again later”
Awful
I have my Face ID enabled on this app. Once in a while when I try to log in, it says “Unable to log in with Face ID.” So then I go to put in my password and it tells me there was an error signing in. Why can this app never work?! I have already reset my password twice so that I can just log in and look at my account.. This app needs to be fixed.

Awful
I have had accounts with Happy State Bank for several years now, starting prior to their sellout. I can say this app “upgrade” is just another example of their horrendous customer service. The app is barely different from the previous one, offering next to zero functionality or services, and only caused an inconvenience for me to switch to. Thank goodness I hardly have to use my accounts with them anymore. Please bank literally anywhere else.

Pretty Bad
It’s a gamble opening the app on if it works or not and it’s such a hassle trying to call to get it fixed. But when it works it’s fine nothing revolutionary so I’m not sure why we got a new app.
