Stupidest app ever
Literally bs every time I log in it asks for all my security questions and like a bunch of other stuff. The old app was way better this one is so stupid
Please fix your mobile deposit camera
The new app has quite a few issues, a big one with the UI is mobile deposits snap into this awkward vertical hold while boxing you into a horizontal picture.
Essentially you have to navigate the camera in the opposite directions your intuition tells you to just to take a picture of a check. And at the end of the day the check is less tangible on the backend for the person processing the payments. Bad all around, this should be a reputable bank with a smooth functioning app.
Considering switching banks for this alone since we live in a digital age.

Terrible
I’m going to have to start keeping a ledger like it’s 1995 because this app cannot keep up with my transactions and balance according to the day of my life when the previous app worked just fine. Things post then aren’t there. Don’t know what some transactions are for. It just makes no sense. Terrible terrible.

Never in my life have I had such an annoying app sign in to deal with. Half the time it doesn’t work the other half of the time it’s making me answer my security questions over and over… when I do finally log into the app, it immediately logged me back in and out like 20 times before I can even see anything on my account. Then sometimes they will randomly decide to do a system update which means you can’t see your account or anything about it unless you go to an ATM and check it. Once the update is done the app still doesn’t work right

It’s surprising when this app actually works.
Old app worked better
Takes days for debits to show up and the description is impossible to decipher. Mobile deposit doesn’t work and camera tries to take vertical shots of check. We had to jump through hoops for this new app and it’s garbage
Transfer Money Issues
I like constantly checking my banking app. The biggest problem right now is transferring money to another account. I choose the account I want it taken from to which account I want it in, enter the amount. It then asks me to approve the transfer and when I do, it loads, says approved, hit okay and then my accounts still look the same with no money changes added or subtracted from accounts. I’ve even went as far as to wait 24hrs to see if it’s transferred but just not on the system yet and nope still no changes to the accounts the next day. The only reason I have the app is because of my busy work schedule that I don’t have time to go to the bank in person to do transfers.

Switch banks if you can, the app doesn’t work half the time.
New app sucks
The new updated app does not allow for mobile deposits in any sort of easy manner. The camera orientation changes constantly, so you can’t take a good image, and it glitches on allowing mobile deposits with giving error codes. This is a horrible update!

This app doesn’t have any new features that the old one didn’t. But it is insanely buggy and just a bad experience to use.

I’ve used the old app and this one is supposed to be a “Improvement” but it’s not it is the most annoying app out there anytime I need to check my balance or anything like that it makes it very difficult such as if I have Face ID enabled why do I still get security questions the next thing is that this app doesn’t work half the time anytime I need to check my balances it says “A unexpected error has occurred come back later” and it’s really annoying… it’s not like I have a older phone I have a new phone and it’s still being this way. Whoever made the decision to move apps needs to be fired as well as the people that developed this app because it’s not user friendly as all and it’s very hard to use… that’s coming from someone who works in IT as well.

What is the point of adding a passcode to enter or face ID if i have to enter the security question all the time. I’m a broke teenager and I like to double check my account before I buy something and it stresses me out when I am in line and I have to answer silly questions. Perhaps this could be viewed as a user error and I shouldn’t check my account seconds away from the register, but I had no issues with the other App. Additionally, what the heck is wrong with the camera. Why do I have to rotate my whole arm like a contortionist to deposit a check, I am not built for that. I really hope they actually read our reviews because this is diabolical. The only 5 star review I saw most be a bot. How are you going to kick me out of an app, and move me to a worse version. I am stressed out as is, I do not need to deal with this crum dump app to. I appreciate the effort, if any, to try and create a new app, but honestly I feel like AI could formulate a better app. EDIT; I never write reviews because I fear getting flamed, however, i don’t care because i’ve never had such a rage towards and app. This app might make me switch banks if it bugs me one more time. I am trying to online shop and IT WAS OPEN HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW HOW MICH MONEY I HAVE.

Depositing Checks - Stupid New Camera
What the heck is going on with the camera now when depositing a check? It’s literally impossible to line it up now and moving the camera up moves it to the side?? It’s like it rotated the camera view and it’s whacky. 👎🏼

Can log in any more locked out bank reps are no help so it into the bank to deal,with transactions cause the app,is worst then the first one at lease I was able to get in and see what’s going on not i get to many try warning pop up so app is deleted the saying don’t fix something thst is not broken a few bugs here and there in one thing to have to make a whole new app Thats even worse looks like I’ll be looking for a new local bank and close this account out . Just lost a customer over your app Thats a shame

New app
Did not need a new app for this could’ve just fixed the issues on the old app. There are still issues on the new app like the darn camera to deposit your checks it is frustrating when the camera is in a different dimension then your real life placement.

Nobody asked for or wanted a new app. Now I can’t access my banking anymore.
