It’s someone’s first day programming
How is it possible that a nationwide bank’s app can be this bad? You clowns bought my hometown bank and ruined everything. Including the app. Start over.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Face ID does not ever work for me. My correct password does not ever work either. I can log in fine on the web version, but on the app it always says password incorrect. For the rare times my password and/or Face ID works, it makes me answer the security questions. It just feels worse in every way than the old app, which even then was clunky.

Check deposit feature malfunctions
Not only does the camera setting not work correctly to deposit a check, but the location feature isn’t working; making it difficult to find my nearest location to physically deposit the check! I’m not “Happy” at all…
Won’t log in
I have had to delete the app multiple times because it suddenly stops working. Typically that fixes the issue but this time still no luck. So frustrating
Bugs CONSTANTLY
Absolutely trash app - I can almost never get logged in to see what I have in my account. I have to delete the app periodically to get it to work. Literally would give -5 stars if it would allow for that.
Garbage App
The amount of issues I’ve had with username and password are ridiculous, and the password reset screen doesn’t even work. When I’ve had to call about an issue I’m just put on a callback list, which I never receive. I’ve had to go weeks on end without access to my mobile banking.
Unpleased
Every time I log in, it tells me I entered the incorrect password and then requires me to reset it constantly and makes me answer security questions every time I log on. Super inconvenient.
So many crashes and a pain
Every time I open it, I have to do a Face ID and then I have to go to security questions. What’s the point of that and then once I’m in it, it crashes multiple times thinking about switching banks just because of this.
Fix your app
What’s the point of having the app if it is always “under maintenance”? Can’t ever log on because of that. Face ID doesn’t always work and you have to then verify your user id and password? C’mon man. I swear this bank wants to lose customers. Fix your app. I get maintenance has to be done but in the middle of the day?

Horrible app
If I could leave 0 star review, I would. I never had issues on the previous app compared to this one. Security questions every login, can’t login with face, can’t login with password, error, error, error. Need to get on top of this before I switch banks. This is pretty ridiculous.
Logging
I can’t even stay logged in, and then I have answer security questions then I get logged out and have to call. If only we could do 0 stars
This isn’t a serious banking institution.
I’ll begin by saying Happy State bank is phenomenal when interacting in person, however, the entire IT department needs to be overhauled. The app is extraordinarily glitchy and prevents you from changing basic information in your account.
I hate this app
I literally have no access to my account. It won’t read my face and even after I change my password, it STILL doesn’t let me into my account. I can’t check how much money I have in my account. This is ridiculous.

can’t even sign in anymore, have changed my passcode SO many times and now i can’t even get in to check my balance

This app is horrible. Why even switch from the old one i had no problems with that one like i do this. every time i try to login i have to answer security questions. sometimes it doesn’t even let me login because “can’t login using face id please enter password” “can’t use password try again later”
Awful
I have my Face ID enabled on this app. Once in a while when I try to log in, it says “Unable to log in with Face ID.” So then I go to put in my password and it tells me there was an error signing in. Why can this app never work?! I have already reset my password twice so that I can just log in and look at my account.. This app needs to be fixed.
