this app is terrible
the app has a zelle feature and every single time I click on the zelle portion it re-directs me back to the home page. maybe one time out of 20 tries it will work and that’s being optimistic. what is the point of having an instant transfer feature on your app if it doesn’t work.
App sometimes just doesn’t load
I feel like I get extremely lucky when I open the app, login, and it actually works. Most of the time it will just stay on the loading page until I give up and try again hours later.
I have changed my username and password three times
I keep getting the phone call and text message that someone has logged into my account with a valid password. It’s not myself doing it and nobody else has access to my bank. It’s not a joint account or anything like that, I don’t know if it’s a system error or what the issue is, but I would really like it to be fixed. Otherwise I will be considering changing banks because I can’t really take on the extra stress of worrying about whether or not my money is safe in my bank, when I went to the customer support messenger, I was just told to change my username and password yet again, but there is no guarantee that if I change the username and password for a fourth time that it will not continue.

This app is a joke
The bank mistyped my phone number when I signed up for a debit card, so every time I try to sign in the app, to just view my account, I am forced to call the bank. Every. Single. Time. It’s getting so frustrating I’m done with ANB.
Please fix it
Why do pending charges no longer show. It is so annoying. Please fix it
Absolute trash
Worst bank ive ever used app is never working always delayed and takes forever to send money compare to another bank like chase it is no where near its level it needs more development and so does the bank its taken money away for no reason
Mobile Deposit Useless
Mobile deposit is absolute garbage. No matter how many times you retake the picture they just throw a different error on the screen as to why it won’t work.
Transfers
I like the ANB app. Except for tgr fact that when I transfer money from one of my accounts to another account, they go through a pending process. This transfer should be instant. I know it can be instant because I use the US bank mobile app as well and when I transfer there’s no pending process, the transfer happens automatically. I would like to give ANB five stars, but because of this transfer issue, I’m only giving you two.

Every update wipes out my login and have to be involved for passcode.
Every update wipes my login information and I have to re-enroll for passcode use with the app. This is very irritating. I have to look it up for this account every time None of my other banking or trade accounts require this.
Trash
App is trash. Makes me reenroll to use the passcode every time. ANB use to be a great bank and have gone downhill the past few years. Maybe stop focusing on the expanding your empire and focus on the small things like making sure you App works.
No Zelle within app?
I am enrolled in Bill Pay and can use the Zelle options through the mobile website...but I can't find anything Zelle related at all within the app itself. On the website under FAQ's or a support page it said you can access it by clicking billpay and it should be right there. Even when opening the Zelle app it redirects me back to the ANB app saying i can use zelle through my bank's app but I'm not seeing that option anywhere??

Not that reliable for fraud dispute when you go over overdraft fee
Someone took 500$ of my account and put me in a way past overdraft and I told the bank I didn’t do it took them like months and week to despite it and know they final came back telling it was me who did. But there tell me they don’t know where the money went and turn around and are telling me to pay all that money someone took back to them.

Zelle
Love the app. Makes it super simple to use my banking app and get to where I need to go and do what I need to do in a timely manner. Just. I can’t use Zelle like it says I can. Reeeally need that fixed

I downloaded the app but there’s no create new account information on it so I have no clue as to what to do
Ok when it works…
I live out of town during the week and online banking is critical for me. This app tells me my accounts are unavailable often. I can’t bank this way! May have to look for another bank. It’s a shame because I like the bank but I have to be able to depend on the app for banking!

If you like having to register your device every time you sign in just to look at your account, you’ll love the new update. It’s trash. Fix it
iOS 16
Ever since iOS 16 came out, app constantly makes me verify device. It will not remember device. Running on iPhone 13 ProMax. Please fix!
