Crashes
Seemed ok to begin with, can’t access everything but it shows the basics... Crashes loads now, can’t do much on it at all. Really annoying!!
Wage slips
Hi I can’t get access to my wage slips just keeps refreshing what is the best solution can I delete the app and download again. Thanks

The most pointless app I’ve ever downloaded. It won’t show me anything other than settings

App is awful, so buggy, takes ages to log a simple expense. Constantly kicks you out of the app and have to restart what you are doing.

In serious need of some development. Some rethinking of the UI, and perhaps someone to test that it responds to touches because half of the time it doesn’t for me. And why the hell does it take over audio on the device?

Not fit for purpose
Cannot get on the mobile app at all. Causes endless stress.

After signing in to the the app it’s not showing and icons or menus and so I have to go on to my browser to log in..this is not good.

I got asked to download this app to do my training on for work, yet the mobile app has never ever worked and only way to get onto it is on PC useless app

Great app for care. The only issue I have is not being able to see ahead longer than 8 or 9 days. We get a rota on a Wednesday afternoon. For the following week. We are unable to see if we’re working weekends until the Friday or later. Which is annoying. Being able to see further ahead of time in the app would really really help. Other than that. Great app easy to use and navigate around

Awful app that doesn’t tell you a lot which is frustrating with it being how I have to access my wage slips now 😟 , wish my employer would go back to the old system so I didn’t have to use this at all , if you log in through the website and just forget about the app it’s a bit better.

On more than one occasion I’ve been unable to get past the first page so I’ve basically given up.
Why can’t it use face/fingerprint login!
It works okay most of the time, but it’s infuriating to keep having to long in with a password. So it takes too ling to use while on the move.
Stuck on settings

I’ve had to download this app for work but so far I have not been able to see or look at my payslips! Pages do not load . I’ll update my review if the app can address and fix all these issues it has.
Disappointing!
Logged in but only have ‘Settings’, nothing else displays. Could the developers investigate please as would be useful app to have.
