Terrible app to login to
Simple but frustrating app
I like the simplicity of the app. The user experience continues to be terrible due to the app constantly forgetting the Face ID settings. You have to randomly reset it which makes for a very inconvenient experience. I also couldn’t find the routing number anywhere on the app and saw it randomly displayed at the login screen… ?

Rough around the edges but mostly usable
As of 3.14.2 STILL having issues with app not retaining Face ID or PIN log in settings. For someone who checks this app nearly entry time I want to make a purchase this issue is extremely frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ALREADY.
Please, devs, fix the issue with the app not retaining your login settings. If it’s not an issue and caused by updates you’re merging in, please figure it out. I really don’t care that the app looks rough because when it works it does the job. That’s good enough for a small FCU banking app. However, the login issues are incredibly frustrating, and half the time I just use the website because it’s easier. That’s completely backwards right? The app should be easy to log into.
