When I move an appointment that in 1h the end time should also link.
Calendar has been buggy and it’s difficult to tell where you are in it.

Task management, collaborative to do lists etc need some creative reimagining.
Overall it’s been a huge benefit. However this is not a cheap product and I expect you to hustle to get it to great because it’s not there yet.

Kinda works
Haven’t been able to upload photos for about 2 years. No idea why. Contacted support and they can’t help me

Glitches Out A lot
We use Acculynx all day at work, it is best on the computer, although it sometimes types in reverse if you exit the page and come back which is highly annoying. The app is untrustworthy. It sometimes doesn’t load the calendar or update it with appointments.
Fix the update
Since the last update I have a red 1 notification on my app and it won’t go away. I don’t have any pending notifications. Please fix this.
Photos
I have a newer iPhone and for some reason the field app defiles to let me upload photos in the field. Considering this is app for photos it’s disappointing with how much we pay for the main app.
10 Years
I have been using AccuLynx for a decade. Along the way I have tried other software’s and none compare to AccuLynx. Their customer service is also on another level. If I had to “complain” about anything it’s the integration with A&C Supply. It has always messed up my pricing when I’m connected to them.

What's the point of the app if you can't create an estimate in the field. This software costs way to much to not be able to do that!
Needs work
I’ve been using the AccuLynx app for years now. It leaves much to be desired. The photo upload and organization of photos is terrible. Here in the past few months my recent jobs section has not reloaded and updated to actual jobs that I’ve recently looked at. It’s stuck on the four from however long ago. Messaging is clumsy and slow to use. for the amount of money we pay the phone app should be so much better. Anyone that is in the field working has to deal with this and it slows us down daily.

Useless
App is currently just a landing page with non-functional “log in” and “forgot password” buttons, but it still sends me notifications even though I can not see them through the mobile app.
Research
All of the information you input is now going to people that you don’t want it to go to due to a recent purchase. Do your research. Get away.

Best roofing CRM for contractors. Use it daily and compared to other CRMs the features this app has is irreplaceable. Highly recommend
iOS freezes quit often
Then I forget to update messages/ communications because a phone call cones right after the swipe up to close it or something else or have to wait to upload pics
Clunky.
You can only zoom in on one portion of images? UI is super clunky and it also saves all photos you take in the app to your phone which is really annoying.
Lacking Web Features
Solid performance. Still have to go the mobile web version for missing functionality. Quick and optimal for what it offers.
Steady improving
I’m new to roofing but this app has been helpful and intuitive. I appreciate that new things are being added regularly, so it doesn’t seem stagnant, but maintains reliability as well. No complaints! Support is great.

Still haven’t fixed the photo issue.
When you are taking photos in the app and put your phone I. Your pocket for a few minutes the camera goes all white and the pictures are white and blank. You have to close the app and restart it for it to work right again. On an iPhone 16 brand new also did it on my iPhone 14 and my iPhone SE. when are you going to fix the issues before adding more useless features
