Acculynx Review
This app has severely gone downhill. Every time there is an update there is a new problem. When I pull up my calendar, it takes way too long to load and if I had more time, I would list the other issues that I have with this app.
Good app/crm, but whatever update made uploading photos/documents impossible from mobile.
Only one star to get developers’s attention to address this because it seems like I’m not the only one having this issue besides that I don’t have too many complaints. Everything uploads fine on PC but when you’re on a roof or out in the field it does cause issues. I will delete/revise review and create the five starreview once a new update comes along ans addresses this issue. Other than that once that is addressed, I recommend this app.

I used to recommend
I don’t know what happened or what update y’all came up with but this application is trash now. I used to recommend this to people in the trades as you used to be able to upload photos and make posts at the same time. Now you have to wait for your photos to upload before they can upload, which makes sense to me. What used to be a fairly simple task for me had now become the bane of my existence. I am usually running multiple projects a day and have to take hundreds of photos for each project. This has become miserable.

2FA nightmare
Recent rollout of mandatory 2FA is a nightmare. You can ONLY use email for the code, instead of having SMS option. The code email takes forever to come through. I’m sitting with customers and having to ditch AccuLynx and switch to paper because of this. Terrible experience.
Fix the updated camera system
Since the last update, my pictures taken in app do not go to the camera roll on my phone anymore. And it only allows 50 uploads at a time. But if you go back before it loads those 50 you lose those pictures. Causing you to have to retake photos. You already had. Horrible update.

Could be awesome if e signs were part of the plan and not an add on and app allowed for items involving worksheets and invoicing… but I won’t switch because the ease of use, building templates, and traffic management is awesome.

Flawed App for Great Website
Website is awesome and intuitive. App rarely works and fields failing to update or erroring out has cost me significant time. The office I’m in just uses the website on our devices most of the time, since we know we can rely on that. I’d love to see it get better, but as it is I also just use the website for all but uploading photos and docs.

Task management, collaborative to do lists etc need some creative reimagining.
Overall it’s been a huge benefit. However this is not a cheap product and I expect you to hustle to get it to great because it’s not there yet.

Kinda works
Haven’t been able to upload photos for about 2 years. No idea why. Contacted support and they can’t help me

Glitches Out A lot
We use Acculynx all day at work, it is best on the computer, although it sometimes types in reverse if you exit the page and come back which is highly annoying. The app is untrustworthy. It sometimes doesn’t load the calendar or update it with appointments.
Fix the update
Since the last update I have a red 1 notification on my app and it won’t go away. I don’t have any pending notifications. Please fix this.
Photos
I have a newer iPhone and for some reason the field app defiles to let me upload photos in the field. Considering this is app for photos it’s disappointing with how much we pay for the main app.
10 Years
I have been using AccuLynx for a decade. Along the way I have tried other software’s and none compare to AccuLynx. Their customer service is also on another level. If I had to “complain” about anything it’s the integration with A&C Supply. It has always messed up my pricing when I’m connected to them.

Acculynx is a fantastic tool for keeping jobs running smoothly throughout the life cycle of the job. It’s a great way to share information and communication with our entire team, as well as our customers.

What's the point of the app if you can't create an estimate in the field. This software costs way to much to not be able to do that!
Needs work
I’ve been using the AccuLynx app for years now. It leaves much to be desired. The photo upload and organization of photos is terrible. Here in the past few months my recent jobs section has not reloaded and updated to actual jobs that I’ve recently looked at. It’s stuck on the four from however long ago. Messaging is clumsy and slow to use. for the amount of money we pay the phone app should be so much better. Anyone that is in the field working has to deal with this and it slows us down daily.

Useless
App is currently just a landing page with non-functional “log in” and “forgot password” buttons, but it still sends me notifications even though I can not see them through the mobile app.
