Horrible App
The UX of this app is truly bad. It is not intuitive nor clear how to pay for your parking. I am at a lot that uses this service and it’s not reflected on the map. Nor is there a men item for me to manually enter the site. So I’m left with using the QR code and not the app. Brutal.

$31 for 30 minutes! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Frustrating
App for iPhone is useless. Even with location enabled and seeing me on the map it would only allow me to search for parking on another state. Web was not any better. Kept saying my card was declined so went to park whiz instead and had zero issues with the same card and booked the spot in under two minutes.

Painful
Spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to pay. The on-site machines only take Visa and MasterCard.
The app doesn’t seem to have any kind of easy way to locate where you’re connecting from despite having locator on and super challenging to pay for this and move on

Locations unclear
It’s hard to tell if I’ve selected the right location. If location descriptions included the in between streets included it would be helpful. For example, does Oregon square include NE Pacific Street? I’m guessing.
Ace Parking app is super simple.
I can purchase parking in less than 30 seconds on the Ace Parking app. Originally It took me a few minutes to figure out how to do it but now it’s super simple. A couple of times I have double booked, but with a phone call, the money is refunded to my credit card.

Trying to sign up, the interface will not allow you to enter the data. The keyboard or number pad will cover the “submit” button and cannot be moved.

First, since they change the app all my account information was wiped then I couldn't login so I created a new account added everything to it and it still wouldn't find my parking place so I had to pay for it manually bad, bad bad
App prices are higher than on-site prices
I used the app the buy parking and was charged $36 ($35 + $1 fee). When I drove up the lot was only charging $25 for parking. The attendant said the app was 3rd party and they always gets complaints from people paying more using the app. The app doesn’t show anywhere that it’s a 3rd party app. I use to think this a- was convenient now I see it’s just robbing me. I don’t think I’ll use it again since it seems like fraud
