The first thing you have to do is sign up to see if you qualify for debt services. I just want the supposedly free app. If I wanted to try debt solutions that should be an option you sign up for later when you are ready.

Review

I have spent hours trying to find the LARGE interest rate that I am paying and have to go to other websites to find out the balance that I still owe. And before it will print this review every password I put in “has been used”

Can sign in

I tried to sign in and then pop-up says oh you already one of us please sign in now. It takes me to the website sign me in, but doesn’t sign me in on the app and it’s just a continuous process. I cannot use the app.

Can’t get pass the verification

Whenever I would try to sign to finish setting up my account I would need a code but every time I would click off the app it would have me start all over again very frustrating I wanted to try this app needs some fixing

Best app in reducing debt. Nice app with best available debt tracking for free

Best debt tracking app. Love the free credit report with constant monitoring with out impacting credit score. Love the debt payment plan which allow me to connect all financial accounts at one place.

Spam scam

It sounds nice and helpful, but to even create an account, you must agree to be hounded and pestered with calls and texts by Achieve and its lending partners. No thanks!

Can’t log in with existing account

Maybe it’s a good app, but I’ll never know because it won’t allow me to login with my existing Achieve account. I just keep getting booted back to the login screen.

It was so GOOD!

I struggled managing my personal finances, so I downloaded the app. It was very helpful for helping me manage my finances and resolve my debt. I connected my accounts and I love the insights and comprehensive view. I highly recommend!

Crap

This is a lame attempt to compete with apps like mint. Security is the least of their concerns. Once you setup your login and give some access to your financials, it never asks you to authenticate again. Even when you close the app. Real secure. Fail Achieve, fail. Then to add I couldn’t even request my account be closed or removed. Hmmm.

We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Automatic sign out when manually closing the app or when inactivity is detected is a feature that has been added. We've also included the ability to delete your account. Do note that that the GOOD app provides only read access to personal financial information. And as a founding member of Financial Health Network and a member of the American Fair Credit Council, we have a reputation to uphold and hence, security is one of our highest priorities.
