Worth it

This app is absolutely worth the subscription and the results. They saved me thousands I would have been paying if I had gone at this alone. Relief for the win!

Not bad

For 20$ To have maybe one or two negative items negotiated down and save 200-300$ and help your credit score is a bargain.

My experience!

I was honestly a little skeptical about trying this, but I’m so glad I did! I had a debt that I needed help with, so I decided to give Relief a shot. I paid the fee, and just a few days later I got the message that my balance had been reduced by 50%! 🙌🏾

That was a huge relief and made the fee completely worth it. The only downside is that I still had to work out payment arrangements with the collections agency, but overall I’m extremely happy with the results. I’ll definitely be using Relief again for my other debts. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FAQ

Will using Relief hurt my credit score?

No, using Relief does not negatively impact your credit score. The app uses a soft pull for debt analysis, which doesn't affect your score. Credit score changes are typically related to unpaid debt, not the use of this service. Once a reduction agreement is resolved, accounts will update to reflect a settled balance.

How secure is Relief to use?

Relief is designed to be secure. It does not require sensitive credentials for sign-up and utilizes bank-level security measures, including private and encrypted practices, to handle your data safely.

How long until my creditor responds to a reduction request?

Creditors may take up to 60 days to review your reduction request and provide a decision. Once a balance reduction is granted, they will share repayment terms in an agreement letter that you can review and download within the app.

What do the debt reduction agreement terms look like?

The terms of each reduction agreement are unique. Some debts might be paid off within a few months, while others could take longer depending on the specific agreement. After your final payment is made, your creditor will issue a letter confirming that the debt is fully paid.

Who is eligible to use Relief?

The self-service tool is designed for users with $25,000 or less in unsecured debt that is 90+ days past due, such as credit cards or personal loans. Other types of debt may still qualify for additional tools or partner services available through the app.
