Lot of crashes

App keeps crashing every time I use it

Misleading Advertising

The advertisement gives the impression that it can assist with lowering debts owed. This only applies if you are behind on payments. If you are not then it gives you the option to get a quote from National Debt Relief which is a very predatory company with high fees and absolutely demolishing your credit score. It’s worth missing unfortunately.

Garbage

Took my money and the app keeps crashing. I better get a refund.

What

I downloaded the app did everything I was told then they said well let’s charge u for a membership just to see if we can help you. Like how does that make sense? I thought this app is supposed to be helpful? Can’t even tell the people before download that you will need to pay first before actually helping you

Refund…not really

Read the fine print and don’t buy it assuming you’ll get your money back from the app if you don’t get the settlement you want. I got a tiny bit of the amount I paid to Relief across 4 weeks when I was unsatisfied. It’s my fault for not reading clearly, but buyer beware.

Review

App is limited in what it can do. Response time is delayed up to days

Doesn't work

App wouldn't let me verify my address. Pretty useless.

Where’s my $20

This is just click bait. Don’t fall for it.

Scam

Charged me 20$ and did not render service, said transaction did not go through but still charged my card.

Asked for sensitive information then asked for plan fee

It asked for sensitive information then said it cannot do anything , then asked for a plan fee.

Beware pay wall

So annoying

Complete scam. What a waste of money

After many many months of waiting they failed with both creditors. What a joke. I’m not sure if they even do anything besides charge you each month. They don’t provide any evidence of the work they are supposedly doing.

App did not work as expected.

Downloaded this app after viewing a social media post, it seemed promising. After downloading and adding personal information it will not load. I have attempted multiple times to fix this. Also, it ask me a series of security questions and even after answering them correctly it shows an error and suggest that I contact customer service. If this app is worth anything, the hassle of trying to get it to work completely got in the way. My only REAL concern is entering in sensitive and personal information and hoping that it is not LEAKED to the dark web or anywhere else. PLEASE BE CAREFUL USING THE APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam

Basically they take $20.00 and do nothing for you . Easy way for this scam company to make quick money .

App is a scam

Can’t help consolidate and is still charging my card per week after asked for subscription.

Not working

I can't even log in to the app, I put in my credentials and when I press the continue to log in it loads and then stops.

Didn’t work

I can’t get past the address part it’s frustrating

MUST BE PAST DUE!

I had high hopes for this app, but it’s only useful on past due accounts. My credit cards didn’t qualify because they are not 90 days past due.
The app is easy to navigate and has a $20 monthly fee that they claim to refund if they don’t save you more than you spend on the subscription.
