This does nothing other than try to force you to pay for something you’re not even sure if you need. It will not even show you if you have anything in collections for you pay them for at least one week? Now that’s weak, save your hard earned money, use credit karma to identify your collectors, make disputes and make contact to negotiate your debt and end the harassment on something that doesn’t belong to them in the first place.

This app is supposed to be about debt relief. I chose the $6.99 weekly subscription and to my surprise was charged that $6.99 3 times in 1 week. Not once did I ever get a welcome call that was scheduled 5 days ago. I cannot get in touch with anyone to help me get my money back either.
FEELS LIKE A SCAM
After WEEKS of paying for their subscription, they came back and said THEY no longer work with my creditor! I got scammed out of weeks of money for a useless subscription!

Poor communication
Still waiting on my welcome call that was scheduled 5 hours ago today. This was scheduled since June 28th. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple voicemails for weeks. I have violations stacking up that they say they will help with. But they cannot communicate at all like promised. I suppose I’ll wait 3 more weeks and hope I get at call? DO your homework before you spend money with them. So far, poor customer service.

Saw an ad for this app. Downloaded the app and can’t even go past the first few screens and cannot add estimated debt amount. The app freezes. On to your competitor!

Misleading Advertising
The advertisement gives the impression that it can assist with lowering debts owed. This only applies if you are behind on payments. If you are not then it gives you the option to get a quote from National Debt Relief which is a very predatory company with high fees and absolutely demolishing your credit score. It’s worth missing unfortunately.

I downloaded the app did everything I was told then they said well let’s charge u for a membership just to see if we can help you. Like how does that make sense? I thought this app is supposed to be helpful? Can’t even tell the people before download that you will need to pay first before actually helping you

Read the fine print and don’t buy it assuming you’ll get your money back from the app if you don’t get the settlement you want. I got a tiny bit of the amount I paid to Relief across 4 weeks when I was unsatisfied. It’s my fault for not reading clearly, but buyer beware.
