User reviews

Good app but transaction fees kill it

The app is well designed and works well but charging a monthly/annual fee to use + $1 charge on every transfer for standard bill pay transaction is a little wild. Should be one or the other not both

Slow

The app is a great idea in theory. It is so slow to transfer to your debt account that it would be better to calculate it myself and pay it myself without fees and pay less interest and fees doing it myself.

Beta phase?

It does not allow me to crest an account. Just see the demo

Too good to be true

Sadly twice now the card I’ve been focusing on was flagged for suspicious activity and I’ve needed to get 2 new cards within 2 months. I wish that didn’t happen I really loved paying off extra debt.

Just okay

As many have pointed out, now I’m paying ditch and my credit cards. I don’t like how slow the process is of moving money from ditch to the account being paid off. Also, for the first week free, they only offer one ditch payment based on your spending, then they don’t process anymore until after they charge you the subscription. Sketchy move. I’ll use it for a year then see what I think.
