Used the delivery for my Mom. A great help and Service. My mom was very happy and helped me since I have had a history of back surgery not having to lift certain heavy items. So thankful for ACME
Worthless
Worst app ever, created account, followed all steps, can log on in browser, try in the app, invalid request or server not responding, try to set up an order, must be logged in. Infuriating!! At least there is giant eagle or walmart to go to!
Not the official app
This is not the official ACME app. Used it twice and had about a quarter of the order marked out of stock or just straight up missed.
This may be the worst app I’ve ever used
Good Lord! This is possibly the worst app I’ve ever used! The images are too small to See, when I try and filter, like say frozen meals, it gives me flour and dry Mac and cheese. Whoever made this app clearly has never used a grocery app before! If you’re trying to prevent people from ordering online, you’ve created the perfect app to turn customers away.

Worst grocery store app
I’ve never had so much different working an app in my life. It won’t let you search something specific nor does it let you search for a name brand.
Not functional since it can’t sign me in
The features of the app that I’m able to access as a guest, I like. Many features require you to sign in to your account; for whatever reason, it won’t recognize my login in the app. I’m able to log in on a web browser and use acme from there, but I just can’t sign in on the app, so the purpose is defeated for me.

Difficult
Downloaded the App. Already had a card but for some reason the App put me in a loop saying it recognized my existing card and account and than wouldn’t let me log in. Not very friendly user interface. Had my email and cell phone number but never received an email to finish my login.
Where is the email to activate account?
Setting up new account. Seems like a nice app. But I can’t complete the process because I need to click on the link in my email to activate the account. Except there is no email. It takes a very long time to set up an account. I’m waiting for the link. Hello!!???
Acme app
It’s not user friendly at all. Search always brings up random products from other departments ex milk brings up milk chocolate bars even CLEANING PRODUCTS. Trying to filter down to department or brands brings up random stuff. The substitute button NOT WORKING doesn’t drag subs to boxes provided. SHOPPERS DONT READ NOTES !

Crashing
Trying to use this app and it keeps crashing. Doesn’t seem very stable.

Love the Acme app!! It makes it so much easier to order groceries and pick them up!!
Difficult & hard to navigate Digital Deaks
Basic overall layout is ok. Finding weekly ad deals is fine.
But the layout of the digital deals page is awful. Windows inside other windows makes scrolling difficult. Maybe it is done on purpose to make clipping coupons difficult? The amount of footer space taken up by the company info is excessive.
Disappointed. Could be so much better. Too bad - it is a store I really like.

Terrible App
App doesn’t function
The app will not take my email/password, which I updated yesterday. After hitting “ Enter”, both elements are wiped and nothing happens, no indication of incorrect data, just nothing. That is indicative of poor IT. Sorry, this is just the truth.
I have no problem logging in at the website but with the app, it’s a no-go 🤬

Expected Better
This app blows! You type in what you want and it gives something else without the option to search for your item. Total garbage. Better off just going in and getting what I want. Acme better step up it’s game if it’s going to compete with Giant Eagle down the street. Online ordering was a lot easier when you’d just go on Acme’s website. Expected better Acme. Get with it. 😒

From excited to disappointed
I was thrilled there was finally an app, but that thrill left minutes later. It’s frustrating to navigate, too difficult to find the items I need, I’m not able to make comparisons between products, etc. I’m hoping improvements are soon to come.
Swipe right feature doesn’t work on frequently purchased
Otherwise I love the new app! Especially the reorder feature
