The app doesn’t event work I have the insurance is no as bad as the app or the website useless
Cannot register account
I followed the instructions to register on the app, including viewing a sample ID card to make sure I have the right one. I entered both the member ID minus the first three characters, as well as the entire member ID. I tried with my middle initial and without. Member ID not found. This app simply does not work.
