Constantly down
I have been using the app for the last 4 years at my job for access to the elevators and doors. The app constantly wipes out certificates
causing myself and staff to be unable to access our floor or use the elevators. The other day I had to get a new certificate and within 6 hours it was gone in the app and I was unable to use the elevator

Extremely inconvenient, slow, and lacking in support.
Back ground app refresh does not work so you have to manually take out your phone, unlock it, open up the app just to badge in.
Scanning badges is delayed.

App Is Not Supported Well
I switched over from the access it security program as I heard this was a better program. I cannot add anyone using the app. I cannot find any support to get the app to work. I have a lot of volunteers that need access and I was hoping to use the app. Even the letter inviting the individual to use the app does not have the link for the app. I would greatly appreciate if someone could reach out and tell me what I need to do to fix it. Better than that just fix it!

This app works great! It adds your access control card to your apple wallet and you simply just tap your phone to open a door!
