Acrobits Softphone does support messaging, but it requires your VoIP provider to have messaging enabled on their platform. The app itself does not provide messaging independently - it depends on your service provider's configuration. If your provider supports it and messaging still isn't working, we'd like to help. «Считаю, что этот SoftPhone — один из самых надежных и стабильных среди всех существующих. Тем не менее, хотелось бы улучшить эргономику и юзабилити более современным, так же саму клавиатуры набора номера, сделав её раскладку более привычной, например, как на iPhone, было бы прекрасно сделать дизайн под 26 версию IOS, добавить жидкое стекло. Было бы удобно добавить возможность скрывать неиспользуемые вкладки (такие как «Избранное» или «Контакты»), а также настраивать внешний вид: устанавливать собственный фон и рингтон, добавить возможность менять цвет кнопки , фон, устанавливать свои ринг - тоны на звонок. Спасибо за вашу работу!»

Reliable, one time fee

It's a reliable soft phone, for your existing sip provider with no recurring fees for their app. Works well on WiFi or on lte/5g in an urban area, the only feedback I'd have is a super minor point: the icon always throws me off because nothing about it says "dialer" so I have to hunt for it every time I use it because I forget what it looks like .

Der Link zum App-Support geht nicht ☹️

Wie kann ich den Support erreichen? Auf der iWatch werden eingehende Anrufe nicht angezeigt, wohl aber verpasste Anrufe 🤔

Mittlerweile verliert die App mehrmals am Tag die Verbindung 😬

Excellent Skype replacement

Fantastic app. Was looking for a solution to keep my UK number following the demise of Skype so loaded this app with an account from www.aa.net.uk (ported Skype number). Works perfectly, excellent call quality, no battery drain issues, recommended

通話できない事は8割以上です

Wi-Fi環境も良く、（数値でも確認）、ネット環境も良い場所でも、こちらの声が相手側に聞こえない事が多いです。　非常に困ってます

Twilioクライアントとして便利です

思いのほか評価が低いですが個人的には数年使っていますが不便感じたことはないです。

あまり頻繁に電車使用しないのとtwilioのクライアントとして使っているので使い方が一般的ではないかも知れませんが、ありがたく使わせてもらっています。

あとアップデートも頻繁でメンテされているのが良いです。

スピーカーでの音量変更

自宅のひかり電話ルーターと同一ネットワーク上で通話する際、スピーカーにすると音量変更ができなくなるバグがあります。早急にご対応願います。

Eingehende Anrufe klingeln nicht

Für Telekom angelegt, soweit so gut. Abgehende Anrufe gehen, eingehende kommen leider nicht an.
Schade, ansonsten wäre das eine Alternative geworden.

Amazing

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve tried several of these Softphone apps and this is the first one I’ve tried that actually works. I’m totally impressed, and that’s not easy to do.

No microphone support.

App upgrade result in no microphone support to use. Say go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone with no option to turn on. No iOS update have occur.

‘ Messasege too large’ エラーで発信出来ない

アップデートがあった後くらいからタイトルの通りのエラーが出て一切発信ができません。

例外的に同じbrastel同士の番号に掛ける場合は問題なく発信出来る様です。

着信関しては問題ありません。

解決策ご教示頂けると幸いです。

[Prb] a "temporarily unavailable" message or an announcement stating "your call cannot be completed

I'm experiencing an issue with my phone service. For the past few days, when I try to make calls to US phone numbers and 050 numbers, I receive a "temporarily unavailable" message or an announcement stating "your call cannot be completed." The calls do not go through.
Interestingly, calls to domestic numbers are working fine with "my050," an Acrobits OEM. I'm requesting an urgent resolution to this problem so I can make international and 050 calls as usual.

Avoid at all costs

This company is an absolute scam. I requested a refund for this app so I could get Acrobits Groundwire and they rejected me for no reason. It’s made by the same company but it’s a different app. It looks exactly the same. Ridiculous.
