Just a pain in the backside. It’s never simple booking a swimming session anymore. Bring back just turning up!

It would be nice to be able to save your membership card in Apple Wallet.

It’s bad enough that I need an app for the local leisure centre, but this app is poorly made and clunky as hell to use.

Like being back in the ‘90s. Registering and log is a nightmare; only way to resolve issues is to go to a centre.

I would like to know more more about what the various exercise sessions are and the target audience and this would be much easier if it was included in the app

App easy to use but in updated version the membership card has vanished!

This is a helpful app as I can see when the quietest sessions are and book those for my children. We are new swimmers and don’t like it when it’s absolutely rammed.
My only suggestion would be to add which pools are open as for the family swim, sometimes it only states that the big pool is open.

Bit of a fat…
I understand why we have to do this, because of Covid. But I often get to the pool, and see many more people in the pool than this system says are allowed. So how did they manage to get a booking? The system is flawed as there are many more people in the pool than there should be. ???
Also it’s a bit of a faf to have to always make a booking and pay online before you can go swimming.

A complete lesson in how not to administer a community facility like Herons.
It did not make enough profit so cut it eg crèche and cafe
Lose membership equals cut classes. Lose more membership Increase fees - lose more membership La La La!!!!
Hopefully Fusion will pull out sooner rather than later and necessary repairs carried out eg leaking roof over pool. Tiles in pool surround replaced drains dry side sorted out plus plus

Good app but what would be really great is to search for the class you want and it just show all the available classes . And to select whether to show all classes or those just in a certain centre
Unable to switch to Herons from Kingsmead. Centre staff unable to advise too???
Downloaded app it automatically goes to Kingsmead. Unable to switch to Herons and booking classes means I can only get Kingsmead on the system & classes. No details of how to switch and centre staff are unable to advise. Have to access bookings via google and old online booking link no longer accessible in a search. Please address I'm sure it would be easier if worked.
