The staff at Active Tameside are all Amazing and if you need help there is always someone there to help you.

I’d been waiting for over a week to get help with my app seen Chris on the desk and he sorted it straight away I’d asked three members of staff an sent numerous emails with no joy ! Chris you’re a super star Thankyou and wish you all the best at Hyde they’re blessed to have you
Temperamental
The app has stopped allowing me to book online. It work prefect for some time but now I keep on getting error page when trying to pay or use a different payment card.
Gym
Gym is well equiped and spacious. Changing room mens, too small. Lockers are often broken or out of use as people take locker keys home . Showers not great. Worth money for the gym .

It tells you it will send you an email so you can reset your password. After two days NOTHING HAS COME THROUGH!!!

Review
The lift at Hyde pool reads no wet clothing, the door before the lift reads, no swim wear beyond this door. I can’t use stairs, so how do I get to the sauna ?
You have to log in every time
App is okay, but it would be better if you didn’t have to log in every single time you opened the app. Might as well use safari.
Invalid email
How on earth do you aler anything when there is nothing on my account to change. I must have put in a wrong email address but there is no where to change it. Keep going round in circles and I can’t book anything….. exactly invalid email which means I need to change it but how
Very poor
Links don’t work, being sent round in loops and can’t find the information I need. Keeps advising me to download the app. Pathetic.
