Never had issues with previous app, this app is horrendous. How hard is it to sort it out 🤣🤣
Unable to use App
I have used Biddulph Leisure Centre for 18 years on and off. Sometimes using Apps and sometimes pay as you go. It’s pay as you go only now as the new app will not accept me . I have tried with a new email address but it still says no ☹️
Terrible app, so unneedlessly hard to create an account
Never had any issues before with the old app that ‘leisure centre’ used to use. This app however is a mess and doesn’t even allow you to sign up within the app, without error messages and far too much information having to be given just to book a swim.
Poor design
The app somehow manages to be worse than their website. Given the sole aim is for residents to book leisure activities, it really should be easier to use. Better off calling them to find out what’s on offer. Bookings do have to be made online though.
