I hate to say this because I saw the great reviews on this app and a trusted it but, it just won’t let me login/sign in idk why but every time I put my phone number down it says smth about the number not being in the system. So if y’all could fix that it would be great.

This app works great. This review is actually for Apple… please let us Apple users have custom ringtones!! Active Alert informed me that this is an Apple issue, not Active Alert.

Needs Improvement
I have 177 alerts in my app right now. To delete them I have to swipe left, press delete. Swipe left, press delete. Swipe left, press delete. Swipe left, press delete. Swipe left, press delete. Soft Tones Too Long
Love to see ramp up/ soft tones make their way in but they are far too long in length.

Needs more work
This app works fine alerting you to calls, switching over to maps for navigation, and providing initial call notes from dispatch. There is a lot of room for improvement beyond these basic functions. I would love to see new features like a toggle switch for choosing “On Duty” or “Off Duty”, and possibly have it placed at the top of the incidents list for better access. I never use the two other options and I believe those should be selected under a different menu.
The call notes do not update with dispatch as new information comes in or the call type changes, these updated call notes provide critical information for safely and effectively responding to emergency incidents and would greatly improve this app.
I would also love the ability to save “favorites” for selecting responding units in my groups list. I work for a 15 station fire department and frequently have to scroll through the entire list of units to select the ones specific to my station. Please take these suggestions into consideration to improve the functionality of your app.

Nice app but a favorites tab would be great
I have absolutely loved having this app everything from little details from dispatch to the ability to change the map and add things anywhere. The only thing I would love to see is the ability to have a favorites section for specific calls, it would be nice to just go back to certain calls and not have to fight through the hundreds to find a specific one of importance.

Not working properly since recent update
Since the latest update I now only get half of the alerts on my phone. All my settings are correct.
Missing Alerts
Since the update I will get notification on Lock Screen of alert/call but when I open app calls aren’t there.
Unable to disable repeat paging
Would be a great app if there was a way to get one alert per incident.
ActiveAlert: Please Make Sound Adjustable
Great app that does what it needs. Only issue is that sound can’t be changed or turned down only completely silenced. Be great if sound could be adjustable.

1. If a Fire Department is on the free version that it allows for firefighters to pay for their own subscription. ActiveAlert does something that pager doesn’t do. Give physical locations.
2. If a second, third, or even fourth Fire Department is called in, allow for ActiveAlert to combined those calls on the same Alert so everyone can see who is responding and their locations.

I very rarely write apple reviews however, the fact that i can use Leroy Jenkins as my alert tone is the single best thing i have experienced in any app.

App works fine, more sounds would be lovely
Slow lag times
This apps features are amazing . Love the live updates on the call and shows where hydrants are . Just very unreliable on how long it takes to load up . Most calls can’t use the app because it takes minutes to update or let you see address. Just extremely slow lag times
Good, but…
I rely on this app pretty heavily for addresses and details that I might’ve missed from the initial page. Only issue that I have consistently is that I have to press on the response I want to sent multiple times for it to finally go through. Pretty annoying at times.
Would be nice if heart-saver alert tones were available or some more options that wouldn’t jolt me awake at night.
