Frustrated
This app wasn’t working for several months. Pleased to see it working now, however, now it has a new problem. Here it is: measures fine but now pops an error soon after “error saving data” error while trying to save measurements, it was working fine for the first 23 readings and then stopped working altogether with this repeated error msg. phone storage has sufficient capacity. Now I can’t see trends. Disappointed

Cannot add device and no help
I have been trying to add my Actofit smart scale device model WS1Actofit, to the new App but it does not show up while searching for new device.
Also the support feature does not work in app. All I get is “Error. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” Smart scale forced converted to normal scale without app support.

Terrible recent releases
The older app was so much better. The current one is not at all intuitive. Even if you are able to find your way through this app, you will notice it doesn’t give report in a nice way like it used to before. Like telling me my BMI is 25 without telling me the range to compare it with is useless.
Apple health connection
Well, At least we have a working app now but no connection to Apple health anymore. I would prefer that since thats the only place i have my old data to compare with, as its gone from your app. But i would like to know, what happened to old data? Is it gone? Is it sold? Or hacked? Care to explain?
Worst devices and app support
Looks like they shut down servers and the company itself. You can no longer buy their products even from their website. Everything is out of stock.
To make things worse, the apps doesn’t work even for existing users. And they don’t respond to emails either. Complete waste of money.
Just send release an apology email or public apology if you can’t operate your company. Or just acknowledge the issue.

When will this app be fixed ?
I have used this app in the past and it used to work quite ok, though not great, but it has been months now where I have not been able to use it at all. Is anyone reading the reviews ???
Worst app
The app does not work. People who thought of buying their electronic products thinking their App will work, don’t buy. The app used to work earlier, but now it doesn’t work. It won’t even login or even trying to create a new account also doesn’t work. It always gives unexpected error occurred. I am not sure how the developers are testing the app before releasing or even making it much worse. This is a useless app.

App is Abandoned
Used to be a very good app but lately have become a complete dud. Doesn’t allow to login or reset passwords etc. for last few months have been struggling and considered to sell the device.
But recently discovered that another app is able to connect with it flawlessly. The app is called Fitdays. So install that instead. Won’t have past data but atleast device becomes useful.

Felt scammed by the actofit
They sold the scale with promise of measuring body fat percentage and many more parameters if we buy their weight scale but the app is not working and all promised parameters aren’t working. feels like i was a scam and they sold the product without any on going app service apple please look into it
App not working over 6 months
Looks like the company has winded up. All the BMI features etc. work through the app, otherwise its just an expensive weighing machine. As others have reported, the app hasn’t been working for months now… and there is no support available.
I already have a standard weighning machine, so threw the ‘Smart Scale’ in the garbage bin.

NOT ABLE TO LOGIN!!!!!!!!
This is so frustrating, I have used this app and loved that it collects all the health data and even syncs. But now due to new updates, can’t even login. “Help section asks to raise a ticket, but when clicked on submit it throws error”
Not able to login via phone number or email, forgot password says email doesn’t exist, create account says email already exist.. what kind of irony is this. How could something this broken get delivered on PRODUCTION???

Not able to login for a month
Been trying to get into the app around 1 month but every time no matter which action i take signup or sign in enduring getting unexpected error occurred. Have reinstalled, still the same output. Even tried with mail/phone number oauth.
unable to onboard
I’m unable to create an account manually or even by using the Google API. The process either fails or doesn’t proceed as expected. What’s even more surprising is the lack of any support or contact option within the app to report this issue. This makes it very frustrating for new users trying to onboard

The app does not work.
I’m unable to log in to the application using my credentials. It doesn't display any error messages either. I've tried all available login methods, but none of them work. This is such a terrible app. Now I can’t use my scale with any of its smart features - it's basically just a dumb scale that only shows the weight.

Unstable and not compatible with Ios
App is very unstable from quite few months and useless. Looks like not compatible with ios. If this app doesn’t work properly there is no point in spending huge amount on a weighing scale
The app is not working at all
The app is not able to connect to the device multiple times, we have tried and multiple updates, but still it is not usable.
Login issue
Despite installing it to the highest level of the update, the login is not possible as they are not generating any OTP’s. It would be helpful if you could look into this matter and make the app work. Otherwise, most of the product are of no use and we cannot get any work done without the application working properly.

Cannot login to the App - Smart-scale is just unsable
I have tried resetting password multiple times, trying new email ids, but I just can't get into the app. Worst user experience on the app which was all good a few months back. The smart-scale is now just a weighing scale now.
