Badge notifications never go away
Once a badge notification appears, it never goes away, even if you have cleared all messages within the app. This has been going on for over a year, and followed me to a new phone as well. It makes the badge notifications useless. Otherwise, it’s functional.
Doesn’t work
I can’t sign in at all on the app even though I can sign in using the website. Fail.
Payment via app does not work.
This App has repeatedly declined my credit card. It reports to contact my credit card company. This is not the case, the problem lies with the App. I have contacted my credit card company and there are no issues. I can use the same exact Credit Card and Pay by phone without any issues. So inconvenient. I have spoken to ACWD customer service rep and they didn’t provide any assistance besides pay by phone.
