Poor user experience
Subscribe notification pops up 11 times a day when I am already paying for it and even holds me back from seeing the articles! Deleting this right now
Frustrating User Experience for Subscribers
As a paying member of Ad Age, I expect seamless access to content, but the current mobile experience is frustrating. Every time I click on a phone notification, instead of being taken directly to the article, I’m forced to navigate to the website and then the app. This extra step disrupts the reading experience and makes accessing timely news cumbersome.
Given that I have a membership, I should have a frictionless connection between notifications and content. Right now, it feels like there’s no proper connectivity between the app and notifications, which diminishes the value of the subscription. I hope Ad Age prioritizes fixing this issue to improve the user experience… because as it stands, it’s a major frustration.

“Gift Article” feature not consistent
They say I am entitled to 10 articles a month to send out, but the “gift” icon appears and disappears almost randomly. I have tried logging out, clearing browser history, etc., but no luck. Too bad, because this is a good way to spread the value of AdAge.
Doesn’t save where I left off
Love the content but each time I leave and reenter the app (or finish and article and go to read the next) it loses my place and I have to scroll for ages to find my place again.
