I had an account with this company and have been trying to return my cylinder and get my deposit back. They don’t want to know about it and ignore my attempts to make contact. Terrible customer service…

So I go to the website looking for a gas delivery in Dubai, I try this one, it delivers, I download the app, it has my address area, so it looks like it delivers here, I go through all the details, set up an account, get the final order page. It says it delivers to my area, make the order. 5 minutes later I get a weird call “there’s no vehicle there”, I’ve no idea what he means. I finally get out of the guy on the phone, his English was terrible, so it wasn’t easy, that they don’t deliver to my area. I then look at the ratings and others have had the same issue. So they claim to cover all of Dubai, but very clearly don’t. If this app was any good, it would have told me they didn’t deliver to my area, so the app is clearly not fit for purpose, and the company are best to be avoided.

Easy app to use, excellent service
The app was very straightforward to use and the service was really fast. I'm really impressed.
It’s too late to deliver the gas and so many excuses
It’s really pathetic for deliver the gas, order time is 9.20 and they deliver the gas after 1.30 PM, can’t trust them. And for this late delivery they will ask for service charge also. It’s pathetic service team.

When ordering gas cylinder I always follow up with call for timing of delivery and today was told 30 minutes 1 hour 20 minutes later after numerous calls and office staff telling lies they eventually delivered - not to be trusted !!

Excellent service
Really, in a city which can be sometimes full of companies and people telling us how good they are (and yet terrible), this company has always, always, always been excellent. Every time we have to order, less than 20-minutes later it’s delivered and we’re cooking on gas. Superb, and the delivery drivers know their stiff too. Can’t recommend highly enough.
