App is not working
The app is not working and customer support says they will revert after hours.
Very badly managed app
The charging window doesn’t stop for days after charging….phone support for the app is also very sad…chat has only the bot which doesn’t even understand the issue and keeps giving the same options. No phone number to call and sort. I’m not able to charge my car since a week now ..!

Few ridiculous things viz.
Why should there be a minimum balance of 750rs. It just doesn’t make any sense. Eg my car full charge takes just 250-280 bucks but I’ve keep a minimum balance of 750 which is not done. This should be changed at the earliest
So many times there is an error in connection and once u disconnect the charger but the app will still show as connected whatever you do it won’t let you charge with some other charger.

Excellent charging experience
Charging experience at AEML chargers are very good with easy payment. My car was charged and ready next day. App experience is very smooth

Clunky UI
The UI is very bad and unresponsive. I could not stop charging my vehicle from the app.
Also i cant order myself a RFID card because it just wont stop loading at the add money page.
Kindly fix these issues.
