I try to pay my bill so many times but enable to pay it due to an error on your app and also try to put my problem on WhatsApp or apps but no any response from your side and finally I paid a lum some amount directly to your account but still not resolved my issue
App crashing at select camera button on self reading
When i try to click
Button on self reading from iphone 17 pro app is crashing. Its working on old iphone 12 pro but on this phone its crashing. Restart!! Resinstall! Relogin everything tried.
On app no option for support for this kind of things. Which is very bad

Bug - UX for Name transfer
The UX for name transfer is not working at all. Click on Search Customer ID based on Society and area then fill the deatils when you reach to enter mobile number the key board is not going away after entering number and in keyboard there is no option to click on done so user can close number keyboard… and because of this I’m not able to click on “Get OTP”.
So basically it is not working and not nice UX! Launch app only if you have tested implementation with all devices and Operating system. This is so basic thing

Very poor Restoration after PNG connection
Even after completing the PNG connection at my home, the restoration work not done. Backfilling, watering, compaction, and final restoration are still pending, leaving the area unsafe and inconvenient. I request you to take immediate action and complete the restoration work without any further delay.

Worst application
I am trying to payment for unwanted modification i have paid 2360 using bhim upi.
The transactions was made and credit to adani upi.
Now it redirected back to application and application is asking for another payment laat payment was unsuccessful. I have check with BHIM upi it’s credited to beneficiary .
But still showing pending
What a worst application made by adani even after the india large company this type of system is not expected,
I would like to give minus rating but no option available
