Worst app.
Useless App and Customer Care
Horrible experience. I am unable to login to the app for weeks now. Have emailed their customer care multiple times. They don't even bother to reply. When I call their helpline number they ask me to write another email. What a complete mess their customer care is.

Adani EV Charging Station worst service
A Frustrating Experience
Adani EV charging stations have been a major letdown, earning the title of the worst company in the EV charging space for me. On a recent trip to Haridwar, I stopped at an Adani station, installed their app, and recharged my account with ₹1000, only to find the charging booth completely non-functional. The on-site team at a local restaurant was unqualified and unhelpful, offering no real solutions. When I called customer care, the executive shockingly blamed me, insisting the system was working and that I didn’t know how to use it—despite my 20,000 km of EV driving experience! Their attitude was dismissive, and they refused to acknowledge the station’s internal issues. This kind of poor customer service and blame-shifting is unacceptable.
In contrast, my experience with Statiq has been far superior. Their network is reliable, with over 7,000 chargers across 63+ cities, and their app is user-friendly, offering real-time updates and route planning. Statiq’s customer support is responsive and professional, making it a much better choice for EV owners.
The government needs to step in and standardize EV charging infrastructure in India. Policies like the PM E-DRIVE scheme are promising, with funds allocated for public charging stations, but I’ve yet to see functional government-backed EV chargers or vehicles in action. Selling my Mercedes at a loss due to shifting policies only adds to the frustration when companies like Adani fail to deliver. Until there’s a unified, reliable system, EV adoption will remain a challenge.
