App works when it wants too
App hardly opens for me. I usually just get a white screen and nothing shows up. After a few attempts of closing and re opening the app I’ll either give up or go to the web based version.

Thomas app is a waste of time and space, lowest bid for FD I work for, complete junk.. suggest anyone who is looking for this type of setup spend a little more money and get something better.. typewriter and snail mail, even dial up would be better…!!!

This app is useless, forced to use it because my employer went to adashi, but I knew based on the ratings this app is garbage with an improvement or repair no where in site as others here mentioned the same issues I’m having 2yrs ago.

Total Dumpster fire of an app
Our old system was bad. I want to go back to it after using this. I also really enjoy have to delete and redownload once a week to get it to work…
Works fine but
There should be a quicker way to delete messages. Instead of one at a time maybe have a selection that says “delete after 1 week” or something along those lines
Or a “delete all” that actually deleted the messages. Individually is a pain; It’s even worse when you back out of the messages section then back in only to find the same messages you thought you deleted sitting there looking at you.

Marginal At Best
Do you remember when we had dial up internet and you’d have to wait a few minutes to do anything on your computer? Well, this app is just like that!
Click a button and take a seat because speed is not in this apps wheelhouse. In fact, in a speed test with literally every other app on my phone, this bad boy comes in dead last.
I’m not sure what’s more miserable, trying to navigate Adashi or listening to a Nancy Pelosi speech.
I guess I should be kind because I’ve never made an app and it’s probably hard, but then again screw that. Get your crap together.

Would not recommend
Since my employer changed from Telestaff to Adashi it’s been a frustrating experience. Reloading app on a regular basis, not knowing if is working, having the app and website on phone just to find out where my employer has me working are just the tip of the iceberg what needs to be fixed. If your considering, I would really recommend calling a present customer and ask. Best of luck

If I could give a half a star I would. Not sure why I need to delete and reinstall constantly. Things are “being worked on” constantly but nothing changes. I delete messages and they magically reappear. I delete them on the desktop version but they still exist in my app....explain that one. It has potential but so far it’s a giant disappointment.

This app has literally cost me hundreds of dollars in missed overtime because of the inability of the app developers to code an app for iPhone IOS. In addition to be an unusable pile of junk, the app developers have continually and repeatedly wasted my time by asking iPhone users to delete/re-download/re-log in to the app in a failed attempt to rectify functionality issues caused by their ineptitude.

Hard to read messages in order. Also they won’t delete. Have to delete and reinstall app all the time. This is the only app I’ve ever had to do that with.
